Great location, by the Gatun lake

Pros: Location and facilities, awesome.
Cons: Staff need to be trained in courtesy and service, badly. They need to fire the cheff and hire a good one, badly too.
Location: It's kinda isolated, so there's not much to do outside the hotel, unless you get some locals to take you to the lake, fishing or sightseeing.
When we arrived, there was a "private event", with lots of people and noise, they had a live music band, and the event guests were all over the place; hotel guests couldn't enjoy the hotel amenities. It all ended by 6 pm, so we went down to the pool then, but there was no pool service anymore! Staff is not very friendly or nice, they're not rude, but they make you feel like they're doing you a favor, when it's actually the other way around. Food is terrible, we had the buffet lunch for which we paid over $50 but wasn't worth at all. There was a fried fish that was terrible and smelly. Hotel's backyard, the lake shore, it's incredibly beautiful.

En recepción, JOSUÉ nos atendió muy bien. Lo malo fue que todos los días cuando nosotros ingresábamos al restaurante para tomar desayuno, la señorita no saludaba diciendo: "buenos días, su numero de habitación por favor?", pues lo que atinaba a decir todos los días era: HABITACION? Por otro lado la comida del bufete no era variada, era muy limitada. Las escaleras de emergencia tienen olor a humedad y huele a orina. Sugiero mejoren en estos aspectos, suelo ir a este hotel de 2 a 3 veces al año porque es el q más áreas verdes tiene en COLON y es una manera de relajarse, relajar la vista con tan lindo paisaje.

Descanso en medio de la naturaleza

Pros: Pisicina, habitaciones, lago.
Cons: Mejorar los planes con comidas. El costo para llgar desde el aeropuerto es exorbitante, unos 85 USD.
Location: Visita al Canal, Zona libre de impuestos.
Este hotel se encuentra en una elegantes y antiguas instalaciones. Cuenta con una enorme y acogedora piscina, al estar muy cerca al lago Gatún cuenta con un excelente paisaje y sonidos de la naturaleza relajantes. Las habitaciones son amplias y camas comodas, tiene un cuarto de internet y de cardio, así como dos bares acogedores. Desafortunadamante por no contar con un plan todo incluido no fue posible probar sus platos ya que los precios se encontraban a la altura de un hotel cinco estrellas. El transporte puede ser un verdadero problema ya que la única forma de llegar es en vehiculo particular o taxi (el cual de cobra 5 USD por persona), afortunadamente el hotel tiene un servicio de ruta que sale a las 8 y 9 am con regreso a las 5 pm para que puedas acceder facilmente a la zona franca y de allí te puedas movilizar hacia los sitios turisticos como el canal y la zona de muelle de los cruceros.
