Bad business decision
I didn’t get to stay I thought I was booking a room in Panama City Florida. I had no idea it was in a different country.The address I was booking a room for is on 6th street in Panama City Florida.You would think that business could continue with a room for me in The United States and I could be a great customer.Instead I am staying at another nice hotel and they are receiving my money

The place is keep clean but I had trouble getting into my room they have a remote key & it keep locking me out my room I also stayed 2hr after check out my time & after starting there for 24 day they charge me 25dol I thought that they could have done better than that

It's in the center of everything. Everything is near and also you can walk if you want. It's located in a safe place and the people are very good. It's clean and comfortable.

OK Place to stay!
Have stayed at the Metro many times. This time there was no hot water, tepid, but not hot. When I checked in there were NO towels in the room and this happened 3 times during the week I stayed there, the maid service forgot to leave towels. One thing that I have mentioned before is that there is no light by the bed. The only light in the room is the ceiling light. That being said, I will stay at the Metro again because it is centrally located and has a reasonable price, plus parking in the back that is gated at night.

great staff. my only thing is the widows are not sound proof!! sat night partying until 437 am as i looked at the time. i should got my ear phones out! as i know pty pretty good. i was done partying and eating like at 12! so ask for a room in the back!

This is a great hotel for the price - much nicer and more comfortable than we were expecting. Staff were friendly and helpful. The area is not the best (area clearly a pickup location for escorts), but there are heaps of food options close by to choose from.

Our stay here was great. The staff was great, made good recommendations and always helping. The hotel’s location was central and pretty safe, just walking distance of restaurants and malls. Minor issues at first but those were quickly resolved. A nice place to stay.

ok hotel in a touristy/bit rundown area
within blocks from main roads, in the shadow of the skyscrapers.lots of security, but also hookers. variety of shops, hotels and restaurants. lots of vehicles (not buses) and lots of construction. the taxi drivers earn their money here, driving is complicated. have never been hit on during vacation before, but did not feel any security issues.

The location from the airport is too far. Do not stay here if you are flying out of Panama. No towels in room. But room was clean and bedding was OK. It looks like improvements are being made to the hotel. Hotel Shuttle is not free it's about $30.00 each way. Suggest car rental or uber for less cost. Area of hotel is rundown. Parking in hotel is very tight space but secure to keep theft down. I will not stay here again and I travel worldwide.

Pleasant hotel for small budget
The concerns, there is no phone in the rooom No refrigerator, neither a bottle of water available. However, the area is safe. There are a lot of stores around and walkable.

the room is not clean and bad condition. the wall of hotel room need to repair. the breakfast is terrible. the funky smell of bed and pillows are uncomfortable to sleep.the front desk is not helpful and rude.the location of the hotel is good.

Just a place to sleep, nothing more, literally! No other furniture in the room besides the beds. It was OK cleanliness wise, had to ask for towels because none were provided. The breakfast is kinda lacking. Would look for a different hotel if I came to panama again
