Moist room

The room was moist and uncomfortably. Additional fee for internet, even in public areas. The hotel nor room was what we expected.

Location and Friendly

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff need to be customer oriented and friendlier
Location: Lots of places to eat .. the distance to Time Square etc .. perfect walking distance.
The hotel is ideally located. The room was very clean and comfortable. However when I checked in the front desk gentleman was not the friendliest .. did not make one feel welcome. I have been in customer service and he was definitely not happy to be there. Some of the other Personnel at the front desk was very friendly and had a great conversation.

Hôtel récent et bien situé

Pros: Le confort et la situation
Cons: Nettoyage des vitres pour mieux profiter de la vue
Location: Près de la via Israel qui mène au Mall Multiplaza et à Punta Pacifica. Facilité aussi pour le Corredor Sur vers aéroport Tocumen.
J'ai apprécié l"accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner inclus est de qualité. Excellente wifi gratuite

nice hotel close to free zone for work only

Pros: Felt safe in the hotel even though the surrounding areas are not that comfortable
Cons: Entertainment in the hotel since there is nothing around it
Location: They need to make the area safe for people even though there were a lot of police still did not feel safe
Nothing much to do around the area Free Zone closes at 5 PM You are in the Hotel cant go out due to safety reasons

Tranquila y muy cerca de la zona libre , lastima q no tengan un transporte para llevar los huespedes a la zona ya q el otro hotel sheraton si tiene transporte gratuito .
