I stayed at Decapolis 01.04.24 to 07.04.24 for my birthday with my sisters 💕, The place was well kept, very clean 👌The breakfast was super excellent 👌Yes i recommend this hotel Decapolis 💯

We loved our stay at Decapolis Hotel. It was a walk away from places to eat like McDonald, Popeyes etc. we even found a few convenient stores where we were able to buy stuff we need. House keeping came every day and they were very thorough with their cleaning. We visited one of their restaurants and the food came very quickly and was hot and delicious. The pool was also very scenic and relaxing, not to mention the hot tub. I traveled with my one year old and it was very kids friendly. I would definitely book again on my next visit to Panama

The hotel is decent for a 4-star establishment. However, the room I stayed in could use some tender loving care, the table lamp was rusty. Other than that, it was perfect. Additionally, if you need a quick bite, there are plenty of fast food restaurants in the area.

The process of Checkin was too slow.. there was a waiting for 45mins. And only 2 counters out of 4 counters of checkin was open. If there is a long queque the staff should provide with some welcome drink. The staff was busy talking to the clients and talking unnnecessary stuff instead of faster check in. Also the hand soap dispenser was empty and after 3 reminders the staff didnt come to fill up the soap. So no hand soap till my check out. This time it was seriously ridiculous.

The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good, however the hotel needs some updates, especially in the bathroom. If you are looking be near Consultorios Paitilla, is just one block away. Overall for the price, it is good.

The hotel was the Hard Rock. The room was amazing. The only reason I don't put straight 5 stars is because there was no hot water in the shower. I tried to call reception twice, but nobody picked -up. Other than that it is a great option!

Super central and easy to walk to either the old town or to the new fancy mall. The rooms are big, clean and super comfortable. The pool is small but its great, specially after a long day of walking under the heat of panama. Breakfast is fantastic and the service overall across the hotel is great. Recomended!

The location was perfecto. The service left a little to be desired on the meal side. The technical guys were excellent and the front desk was pretty good a high percentage of the time. The building was a little older tgan some of the other places I've stayed.

We very much enjoyed the staff at the hotel, especially Jorgey who was so engaging, good-humored and helpful. We enjoyed our 11 day stay there thoroughly. Great breakfast too!

The stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The tap in the bathroom was leaky and not comfortable. Also the electrical outlets for charging are not located conveniently. The one by the bedside was hard to access and was not functional.
