Nice Hotel, Close to the Canal Visitor Complex

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Scenery. Staff, Installations
Location: Visit the Canal, that is pretty much everything that can be done in proximity. The "Panama Vieja" and "Cabo viejo" are far away
Staff is nice, hotel is nice, the Golf Course is not the best. Cons: Traffic (Transit) to the Hotel is a complete nightmare, The roads cannot handle so much traffic, about 1:30 hours for 3 miles. The same is every single week day. As tourism in Panama has decreased by two digits the last few years, the hotel is selling day packages to local people which make the weekend almost impossible to enjoy in the installations. Tons of people get there to drink and that is not fun when you are a tourist with your family.

An Amazing Hotel,

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Everything.....the views....the room.....customer service.....food at hotel resteraunts.....
Cons: More snack options because the hotel is set off from city.
Location: Eco parks, a zoo, gardens, Emera Village...
I was picked up at the airport by hotel staff and transported to a wonderful adventure! The Hotel is surrounded by a Rain Forest and the view out of both the lobby and room was beyond spectacular! The staff were so helpful exhibiting superior customer service at its best. It would be helpful to know a little Spanish as I got by with broken Spanish. There were a few bilingual staff but even those who were not were very helpful in meeting your needs or finding someone who could. The excursion to the Embera Village was amazing! I enjoyed every moment of my stay!

Good experience

Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: room comfort and room services, friendly staff and great location.
Cons: Some outside care on the building. (pool, and wall paint)
Location: A very quiet place to escape and rest from the city, but; near by any city needs.
I was please with the staff services and the overall appearance of the hotel. Yes, I will come back and talk to my friend about my experience.
