Nice hotel and golf center

The hotel i really nice tha staff there are very service, the breakfeast is good and has a lot of choises.

Great hotel, grrat staff, great golf course

Really nice hotel, a little out of the way, but they have shuttles to the huge brand new mall, awesome golf course, a little expensive, $107 US for a round as a guest, foods good but also expensive, really clean rooms and good air con, really comfy beds. Good swimming pools too

mooi hotel bij het regenwoud

Pros: De omgeving en de netheid.
Location: De sluizen van miraflores. Panama-stad de casco-viejo.
Mooi hotel met goede service en comfort. Heerlijke zwembad met gastvrij personeel. Ontbijtbuffet is heel goed. Prettig verblijf gehad en het is een goede aanrader.

Relaxing and friendly get-away

Pros: The staff were very welcoming. The food was good but a daily special at breakfast, lunch and dinner would be nice. The shuttle service is convenient.
Cons: Update the lounge chair cushions around the pool. Some sort of promotion in the room for local activities and more proactive concierge service.
Location: Golf course on premises. Miraflores canal locks, Albrook Mall, old town Panama and the City of Panama are all 10-15 miles from the hotel.
Staff was welcoming and the hotel is clean. Food was above average and the pools are nice. The hotel staff do not speak English although my wife and I did witness someone from the hotel assisting the registration staff with an English speaking guest (my wife speaks Spanish so we had no problem). Shuttle service was good but costs about the same as a taxi if you go somewhere off the regular schedule. Traffic from 10 - 7 is horrible (only one main road leading to mall, old town and Panama Canal).

Great Hotel, Thieving Maid. The Good, Bad, & Ugly.

Pros: It has a feel of luxury and tropical paradise.
Cons: The screening process for hiring hotel staff and possible criminal background checks.
The Good; We checked in on March 15th, 2016. It is a very nice hotel with a golf course. It has lush landscape and greens. We did not use any of the hotel amenities except the breakfast bar and hotel business center. The breakfast is decent, with eggs, potatoes, beef strips with peppers. Fruits, breads, and cereal, are standard fare. No Bacon or Sausage. The "Orange Juice" tasted like Tang. Coffee was good. Hotel is very clean, as well as pool/restaurant areas. Well maintained. Main pool was closed for major maintenance, but smaller pool was available. The Bad; Hotel business center computers are slow as well as internet access. It reminded me of dial up or DSL speeds. I had to reboot two of the computers and got one to work, albeit slowly. It was late at night, so there should have been few users on the internet. They have three computers and a printer. The Ugly; The maid stole $60 dollars out of my wife's purse. We were going to eat and my wife left her purse in my suitcase. After breakfast we discovered that $ 60 was missing. The night before I gave $100 in twenties and did not leave the room until breakfast. We confronted the maid and she lied and said that the maintenance man was in our room. We did not report any trouble in our room. The maid said that she would talk to him and get the cash back. She told us to wait in our hotel room. Three minutes later she gave us the cash. Then she said not to say anything to hotel staff. The hotel said that she would be fired.

Las habitacion estubo bien lo unico que no gusto fue la señal de la television y no habia suficientes canales. En cuanto al area de la piscina le falta mas limpieza la piscina de niños estaba muy sucia La atencion del personal fue exelente
