I'm visiting from United States I booked months in advance ask for up stairs room was emailed back saying they look into it ok that's fine. I'm on vacation you know rest and relaxation they are having construction done and they put me in the part of the building that is being worked on every morning hammering cutting and people talking outside my room did I say I was booked for 7 days. "We are family of four. This is a great hotel to stay at as it is very charming and is a great location. Crisologo street is the next street over and there is a coffee shop and convenient store across the entrance. "

"The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. "very limited choices for breakfast, the “double” bed could not comfortably fit 2 people. ( Booked standard double bed) Also in our 3 days of stay, nobody went to clean/fix the room. All of the staff are helpful, courteous and always willing to help. Perhaps just place clean rugs in the bathroom and replenish guest amenities daily."
