Excellent Quality
Could not fault anything. Hotel very clean and has everything you want or need. I have been travelling for many years but have ever experienced such friendly caring competent helpful staff, from bell boy to manager every one was first class. They really made my stay a pleasure.

Nice, modern hotel near airport
Great 4 star hotel, modern and well looked after building. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Mr Setiadi and his team catered for our request and was very welcoming. Room clean and had modern decor. Breakfast had great selection of Food and very tasty. Definitely would come back to stay at Novotel next time we are in Bangka.

Great location, close to the airport and town
We stayed here to be close to the airport and town. This helps us expedite our business activities to get the most out of our day. As can be expected from Novotel, the hotel rooms are well appointed with a good size gym and restaurant.

good business hotel
business stay. the executive room is essentially a standard room with paid-up mini bar (4 cans of drinks and a pack of peanuts) and additional premium serving at breakfast buffet. the Executive room is not worth the extra money paid, IMHO. the hotel itself is one of the best, if not the best, at bangka internet was good breakfast buffet spread is goood. nice gym facifilties and swimming pool. there is a nice executive karaoke downstairs, although the companions not so nice. bottom line, it is the best business hotel in bangka island with the price to match the offerings.

An amazing steal for what you get
This is an extremely luxurious hotel with state of the art latest amenities. We were a group of four and loved it. We ate a lavish breakfast buffet/brunch in the morning, consisting of Western food as well as Indonesian dishes. Plenty of choice. We stayed 2 nights. I had lost my charger to my I-pad , but the front desk looked for someone who also had an I-pad and recharged it for me with a smile!

Hotel in close proximity of the airport.
Wish the staff spoke basic English. Even the reception had only one staff that would barely speak English. Overall, the food was very good, room was kept clean and the basic amnesties were available. Our room was very small and tight.

Modern 4* hotel, just about the best in Pangkalpinang.. I stayed 1 night on business trip and was very happy with the hotel, cleanliness and facilities. Nice modern design.. the hotel felt very spacious .. i liked having many electrical outlets in the room as i can charge many devices/ gadgets. bedroom felt plush.. the only gripe so far is that the hot water could havebeen hotter.. I didnt get a chance to experience the breakfast, so no comments there.. Novotel does a great job of maintaining its quality standards for its hotels across the archipelago, and is usually among the top choices for business hotels.

Great Hotel with airport scenery from our rooms
It was a great experience during 2 days of year end 2011 stay at this hotel. Luxury rooms, with good space enough, clean and tidy, professional services, and responsive room services. Nice restaurant with various delicious food. Hotel facility is similar with 5 stars hotel, very good sport facility e.g swimming pool, fitness center and spa, the hotel also provides free shuttle service from/to airport for guests. Generally, we satisfied with the services.

Nearest hotel ever to an Airport
I love the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport, so we just need to go to the airport one hour before flight departure without having to rush so much especially if it is an early flight. The hotel has a nice ambience and all staffs are very polite and friendly. iMacs in the lobby are a plus, pity there's no free wifi in the guest rooms. The breakfasts are pretty variable , but there seems to be not enough waiters/waitresses that we often had to wait for long time to just ask for a spoon, fork or bowl. Overall, we are very satisfied staying here!

Not a Happy Ending
The room is very clean with very nice design. The breakfast and swimming pool was fine too, Everything were very good until i was doing administration for check out , the receptionist ask me to sit down and wait for my refund deposit money (220.000 idr / 25 us$). It was over than 30 minutes . She said that she need to get the money from the accounting dept, since the money bank was empty. Can not imagine , people need to rush to the airport, and might miss the flight for this service.

A cozy place to stay and very convenient with friendly staffs. However,since the hotel is located not at the city central,transportation has become an issue because you have to rent a motorbike or a car to get there. Public transportation only available until 4pm.

Sy sekeluarga sangat senang dengan hotel novotel bangka karena lokasi sangat strategis, staff nya juga ramah, ada antar jemput bandara-hotel, tidak sembarangan org bisa masuk ke area kamar krn harus menggunakan access card

Tempat tidur nyaman lokasi strategis dekat Bandara
Kamar Hotel bagus, lokasi sangat strategis, pelayanan masih kurang (sandal kamar tidak disediakan), sudah ditelp ke room service hingga check out tidak ada action dari pihak hotel.
