An Ideal Location for Getting Around Paris

Posted Dec 29, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: More options for the breakfast buffet
Location: A quiet area away from most of the famous sights Directly opposite a metro station
The hotel is based in Pantin which is a quiet area that isn't near the centre or Paris's famous sights, but just 100 yards from a metro station. The Hoche station opposite the hotel is in zone 2, which gives easy and fairly rapid access to all visitor attractions and connects to most main lines. The efficient underground network means it's very easy to get around. The hotel itself is clean, relatively quiet, friendly and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and bilingual. Ideal for a city break on a budget!

Pros: clean

Great clean room, but location is not so good, even though the hotel is close to the metro.

The beds are really uncomfortable and the staff is really unfriendly and ignorant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone.

Low cost, close to Phiharmonic/Zenith music venues

Budget hotel, good value for money however it had an unpleasant smell in the corridors and room. Room floor was damp and bathroom looked a little scruffy. Bedroom was small but interesting modern look but bed was a bit springy/bouncy

Wifi didn't work in our room had to go to the reception or into the hallway. Hotel is close to the metro which made getting around easy.

Modern hotel, bit away from it

Posted Nov 20, 2015
Pros: Modern feel and good quality equipment.
Cons: Beds not brilliant. ok if you can sleep in any bed but I need comfort to be able to sleep! Storage is limited.
Location: Very close to the Metro but you are technically outside the city (the historical gates). it takes about 10 minutes to Gare du Nord.
Good experience. Chose to be near Gare de Nord for Eurostar and meeting friends around Republique. This hotel met my price criteria but was above average on quality and décor.

Nice basic hotel close to metro

Posted Nov 16, 2015
Had a lovely time here, very pleasant and helpful staff at the reception - lovely cleaning lady also, very cheerful. Basic room but clean, comfy and close to the metro for easy access to all the central attractions. Also a supermarket nearby and a few restaraunts. We recommend the cinema further down the road from the hotel for lovely and reasonably priced food! Brilliant value hotel, would definitely stay again.

Comfy room, clean. Close to metro stop. The only negative was that my bed sheets didn't get changed.

Good hotel

Nice helpful staff. Hotel is close to the metro. Room is very minimalist. Our ceiling leaked every morning when the upstairs tenants used water
