We are sorry that the issue with the A/C not being available caused you distress, there is a central system of heating/cooling and in Winter we have it switched on Heating. There are a couple of weeks during winter time that we get higher temperatures. This is a challenge that we will bring up to the Managers' meetings to take it further and find a solution. We always try to accommodate our guest’s requests if we have the availability. Please note that external applications cannot confirm real time availability, as the hotel availability changes constantly during the day. Furthermore, at our pool bar we offer various brands of Gin with different prices, the cheapest would be Gordon’s at € 6,90. All the beverages are offered in plastic cups because of our Health & Safety Regulations.
