I was not impressed. Hotel staff were not very curtious, with the exception of the front desk staff. I was not offered my VIP amenities and when I asked for them, they indicated that they would be sent to my room, yet I never received them. The room and beds smelled musty and we received a limited amount of new towels during housekeeping. I purchased a can of Lysol to spray the beds before sleeping on them.

This was my 3rd time staying at comfort suites with my wife and twin 14 yr old sons we love it!! Already planning on going again next year!!

Staff was great . We arrived at hotel at 9:30 a.m. not only did they have a room available for us they gave us upgrade. Was not very happy to the fact that Expedia does not let you know up front all the charges you will be charged when arriving. We were charged an additional $350 Upon arrival. Continental breakfast was good but would like to see them switch the eggs out with pancakes and French toast instead of scrambled eggs every day. Would definitely stay again .

Awesome location across the street from Atlantis and the beach. We spent the mornings in Atlantis then retreated back to our haven for lunch and a short break before are afternoon adventure. Everyone was courteous. The restaurant was fine, but services was on island time.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast every morning, close to Atlantis, with all facilities available to those who stay at the Comfort Suites. Only one negative, the WIFI service is terrible.

With this being our 4th visit to Bahamas and first time staying outside of Atlantis, I was a little reluctant initially, however, I would highly recommend Comfort Inn and Suites. Very close to Atlantis, access to all amenities. Having breakfast included was a great bonus. The staff went above and beyond. My only negative comment would be the bed and pillows were a little hard and uncomfortable! Would definitely rebook at next visit to Bahamas

While the staff was great the facilities were lacking . If I had the Choice to stay again I wouldn't.
