Nichols airport hotel

My experience of this hotel is the most nightmare. 1st the receptionist not polite and friendly. 2nd my room is too noisy and I am lack of sleep after my despite long flight. 3rd it's a quite expensive hotel rates, however is not a matter of money is at about the ambiance and the hotel staff. Mine you, this morning I have to call for a room service for a cappuccino coffee and the worst part is she knocked me in the door and say this is 110 pesos and I see my coffee with a disposable cup. A are you serious? A room service coffee in a disposable cup with disposable strew never seen this before. And my duvit no cover and is a bit smell. My P 3, 150 per night is not worthy. Your feedback

I loved my stay but bar only opening at 4 should be 12 and smoking facility non existing that was my only moan

The room was generally clean. With the price range it was okay, but one thing to note is that they did not provide breakfast! Keep this in mind.

Wifi SUCKS

The hotel is decent for just a one night stay. There's no wifi connection in my room, I called front desk a few times to fix the connection but it wasn't taken care of.

frustration

Pros: close to airport.
Cons: flexability on managment side.
Location: after 4 hours sleep i never wanted to see nichols hotel and area its again.
arrived 2.30 am.c onfronted with young night receptionist who pointed out check in time was 12 am to 12am following day..i tried to explain it was impossible to indicate by computer.so i had to deposit 600 php duly returned on leaving.and if wanted to stay over after 12 am a further 1600 php was required.this is the typical behaveyour of manila CROCIDILES. given a room with two single beds,uncomfortable for me and my partner.no more nichols .unlike the oyster hotel where i enjoyed my stay,but you did not list it this time.

Good location within 10 mins to the airport. Good rooms but walking around outside the hotel may be a bit risky. A bit pricey though. Coffee is GREAT!

Not the best, but not bad

Pros: proximity to airport
I stayed here mainly due to proximity to the airport and only needed 1 night. So for that purpose, it was fine. Certainly would not give a 4 star rating, but better than 3, there was no 3.5 option for my review. My stay in Manilla is only an overnight transit and I have stayed at a few different places and paid much more than here, so bang for the buck if all you need is an overnight stay and back to airport, this is a decent option. Got an in-room massage for a fair price and also shuttle service to the airport (seemed like a freelancer associated with hotel) was decent, safe, reliable. I have no major complaint.

I love it because you won't get caught in the traffic in going to the airport. Rooms are kinda old though. Fare rate.
