“Horrible please don’t go there”

“Room 511 說是提供2間房，1間是沒有冷氣沒有窗，另1間有冷氣設備壞了，由第一天入到第十天都不整 沒有更垃圾，只有更垃圾的酒店，第1日到步同行友人，因為酒店房內的洗手間門鎖壞了被困在內，去電房東十多次電話聯絡求助，是完全不聽電話且更一直都沒有回覆，直到聯絡酒店方面，才肯勉強下又極不願意地幫忙下找工人開鎖，被困在洗手間超過廿分鐘的親人，這是非常極度冷血又不負責既非常拙劣的行為同服務。 第1日到步是星期六入住即時發現房間的冷氣壞了，房東口頭上說會星期一會有人來到來維修，豈料一去已經是到今日已是第10日都沒有人來維修，昨天第8日才有人來清潔房間，實在令人憤怒與不能接受的，因第一日入住 時說是5日會提供1次清潔房間服務的，可是入住到第8日才有人來清潔房間，且1間房間是完全無冷氣設備的。 十分驚嘆又感荒謬的是，除了第1日入住時提供過2卷超細廁紙及2小樽蚊形沖涼液外，就要等到第8日在再三摧四請下才有人清潔房間及提供2卷廁紙及2樽仔蚊形SIZE的沖涼液給我們3人入住使用就完全再沒有補給了， 入住到今日已經是11日，房東仍然完全沒有來電給我們任何回覆。 此實在完全不合理既充滿反感及討厭。”

“We had an amazing stay. The laundry facilities were fantastic and extremely convenient for our family. The private parking within the villa was one of our favorite features—it gave us peace of mind and we never had to worry about the car. “We had a good stay at Palmares overall. The property itself is gorgeous and our Signature Apartment was a huge highlight — spacious, spotless, well designed and really comfortable. We had a two bedroom and the second bedroom was actually separate from the main apartment, which was great for privacy. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. “The location is very peaceful but close enough to everything. We enjoyed using the tennis courts every morning. We also had a lovely dinner at Algarve restaurant nearby, which was a great suggestion. The heated indoor pool was a big plus!”
