Quiet and easy access for a quick overnight traveler. Older building with maybe long term residents in other rooms. But still quiet and easy to access room and have privacy. It's off the main road on a corner in a residential neighborhood.

Late check-in, key under mat as proposed. Room cold and heater was very slow to warm. Thought it was broken but did warm up after 30 mins. Sheets crisp and clean but big stain in the middle of the bed spread. Bath had hair in ( photo taken if you need to see)
Bed on casters so moved away from wall if sitting in bed as no headboard and no bedside lights. Down light ok. Wifi connected well.

We are regular travelers to Te Awahou so we would always book a room at this particular Motel.
Very convenient with the local dairy across the road and Sam's restaurant. The rooms are comfortable, clean and all amenities at our disposal. Thank you again Castletown.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable Room. Some of the Interior appeared a bit tired. Buffet breakfast was delicious - although some of the hot food was only warm on the day we dined. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
