Owner treats guests like family

Posted Oct 20, 2017
Pros: The location is near the beach, near a strip of wonderful restaurants and a short walk to town for fun shopping adventures.
Cons: Nothing it was a great facility and we were treated royally by owner and staff.
Location: Location is superb. Near to everything.
We had a wonderful time thanks to the extra efforts of owner LouAnn. Sea view room was clean and comfortable. Host recommended placest o eat and even drove us out to her favourite restaurant half way across the island.

Good hotel close to the ferry terminal

Posted Oct 18, 2017
Pros: See above.Very convenient for the local shops and tavernas
Cons: Nothing at all
Location: Explore the town of Parika with all of its white washed charm and friendly atmoshere.
I had to apologise to the host Andreas when I checked in as he had gone to the trouble of attempting to meet me off the ferry with an A4 sign with my name on it.Unfortunately I never saw it and proceeded to find the hotel on foot. The accommodation was excellent value and Andreas was the finest of hosts with a supply of orange juice and coffee readily available each morning at no extra cost.

Family friendly and great location

Great location, with excellent advise on restaurants, Gelato, Souvlaki and cheap beach chairs for the day. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a balcony.

Great hospitality and service

Posted Jul 12, 2017
Pros: Hospitality
Location: well located to the main beach, restaurants and downtown area. Also, very close to all sorts of transportation like taxi, buses, and ferry.
It was a pleasant stay. The personal was very cordial and really care about their guests. They'll make sure to arrange you a ride from and to the port, even though it's walk distance. It is very well located and close to all the main beaches and downtown in Parikia. They give you a complimentary wine and water as well as they cook you a delicious breakfast that can be brought to your room. Also, the bus station and ferry that you need to take to visit other beaches or islands is very convenient.

Great experience in Paros

Posted Jul 9, 2017
I just fell in love with this place... I felt home. Very welcoming staff, great location, very close to all, very clean rooms and made my stay in Paros a great experience. Nothing better than arriving in a place where the owner is in the front desk. She is a very nice person and her manager Andreas is wonderful. Love it and will be back to stay with them again. I recommend this unique hotel to everyone...

Nicest Staff In Greece!

Posted Jun 27, 2017 on Orbitz
Lou Ann and Andreas run the nicest hotel in Greece! Both are genuinely friendly, accommodating, and are the reason why this place receives such consistently good reviews. La Seleni is centrally located, impeccably clean, and makes one feel immediately at home. My girlfriend and I planned to stay for a few nights, but ended up cancelling plans to see Mykonos as we couldn't imagine a better place to be.

So so good!

A great location for both beach and town. Loved our early evening and early morning swims at the lovely beach nearby. Lots of good restaurants very close A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Loved the garden courtyard off our room for eating and relaxing. The service, transporting us everywhere we wanted to go, was outstanding. Many little extras kept turning up like a welcome carafe of wine and coffee in the morning. WiFi was good plus a computer available. Lou Ann the owner was generously helpful at all times. Very happy to recommend. We would love to come back.

Charming room & host!

Posted Apr 17, 2017
Pros: Value
Cons: Nothing
Location: Make sure to visit the exquisite Panagia Ekatontapyliani a historic Byzantine Church! Drive around the island as it is easy and absolutely picturesque
Spent four days at La Selini during Easter Holy week and it couldn't have been nicer. Great location on the quieter end of town. Easy beach access. Great taverna at the end of her street. Super friendly neighborhood of similar hotels. Walking distance to everything in Perikia. Lou Ann, the owner, is what makes the La Selini sparkle from the others. No need to make any advance arrangements (car, etc.,)! She'll happily greet you at the port! Lou Ann also has the honest hook-ups for cars, tours, etc., Plus, the INTERNET....I know this sounds silly, but, she has the BEST internet reception EVER! Haha, I was on work / holiday and needed to do quite a bit of work online. I was able to work seamlessly. Much appreciated! Rooms are simple, but efficient for basic needs.

Great little place.

Posted Nov 2, 2016 on Hotels
Our stay started with being picked up at the ferry by Andreas...Great. Hotel and room very clean and well situated close to restaurants and beach. We opted for the breakfast and had a lovely continental provided every morning with jam, cheese and meat and good coffee. Staff very accommodating and room cleaned every day in a timely manner. The bed was a bit hard but that is the only down side to our stay. In general can't fault the La Seleni. I sent a couple of emails prior to arriving and always received a promt answer which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all at La Selini.
