Stayed at Adagio for our first time in Paris for a total of 8 nights . Room was clean, bathroom was clean, and staff were friendly. Pricing was great considering the location of the hotel . The train station was right around the corner and getting around was extremely easy . Overall, excellent hotel ! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay at an affordable price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood doesn't offer much; the closest grocery store is a fifteen minute walk--and not a noticeably pleasant walk either. The Metro is four minutes away; bus to the RER is also four minutes away, so getting to the airport is fairly simple.

Kool place
My second time staying here and as before I had a warm friendly welcome. Spent four nights and again it was ideal for the occasion. Again I couldn’t resist the location given the close proximity of the metro. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The hotel is at a great rate and great location in 20 mins from "door to door" to Elysees or Louvre. The suite has a full-equipped kitchen and a small private "supermarket" by a subway. A quiet location and the staff is super-nice. The best option to stay in Paris so I was spending my $$ on the museums and restaurants, not on the hotels! :)

Good size and equipped, but in poor conditions.
The room has a good size and is completely equipped. It's a good option for family. But the carpet was horrible and the bathroom needs some repairs.

It's a basic hotel. No frills. The room wasn't spotless or up to date. But the bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed for 1 night before our flight home the next day. We took a cab to and from CDG airport, it was about 40-50 euros each way. For the cheaper cost of the room, plus the cab fare, I might as well have gotten a room closer to the airport for the same total cost.

It was an older building with small water for the shower, beds are older, but ok, and the rooms are small. The carpet on the floor is awesome!!

There was no free amenities on top of that you have to pay for pretty much everything, additional towels, their wall sockets is unlike American so you have to put a deposit on a jack which only worked for my cellphone and not my laptop. The staff spoke very little English, you had to pay for breakfast, one snack machine, all of tge channels were in French only. They provide you with a coffee pot but no coffee packets. Has to be the worst of any city ive ever been to. I thought Toronto was bad. Toronto was top notch compared to this.

Good stay. Recommending to friends and family.
It was a good experience. Staff was really friendly and even offered us free coffee while waiting for our room. They allowed us to do an early check in (2 hrs early). The room was clean though the bathroom felt a little cramped. Good location with nearby train station, supermarket and restaurants. Vicinity is clean and safe.

hotel met our request for a twin room. the kitchenette in the corner of the room had a fridge with small freezer box, microwave and two rings, which worked well although quite cramped. Kitchen equipment was minimal, but adequate.

Location is good it's next to a metro
The staff is very disorganised. We went in a big group of 16 people and we booked 6 rooms. First day when we went to the hotel they give five rooms which was used the bed was used floor was unclean bathroom was unclean. When we told them then they changed the room. We booked two rooms with 3 single beds but they gave one double and a sofa bed. It was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was very disappointed about this hotel. They didn't have A.C. and when I asked they said there is no Air conditioning in this hotel. People are but ing out here. Customer service was so poor. I paid in advance and they couldn't find my payment and wanted me to pay again.

Good sized room. Basic but clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Liked having the microwave, cooking hob and fridge to use. Close to metro line and Stade de France which made it very accessible to where I wanted to go. Don't quite understand why this place has had bad reviews as I thought was good value.

This hotel was disappointing. The photos provided on the website are deceiving, as the room wasn't in a good shape at all. No fan or air conditioning provided. Also you have to park on the street. The only positive thing about this hotel was that it's very close to the subway station and if you like to cook, they have a cooking range and utensils.

Perfect for exploring Paris
The Aparthotel exceeded our expectations, as sometimes you believe all that you read on other reviews! It couldn't have been more perfect. Ample space in the room, a good double bed (the most comfortable one my wife has ever had with her bad back - and we normally go four star) and a good double sofa bed too - exactly as shown on the web site. Kitchen very well supplied, with plenty of pots and pans etc. Two hobs, a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom is perfect for any person's needs and the heated towel rail really helps as there is no free cleaning service for between 4 and 7 day stays. This is no problem at all and the towels dry in no time. The wifi works well and gave no problems. We were impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the reception staff, all spoke good English and so there are no problems in that area. They are very happy to call taxis and help out in any way they can. As for the location - you can't call it scenic in any way but it is very close (3 minutes at a brisk walk) to the underground station Carrefour Pleyel, which is on the number 13 metro line and just 10-15 minutes ride to the centre of Paris. There is a food shop just by the station too. So, if you're looking for a good base at a cheaper price than central Paris then this aparthotel really is an excellent option

Much to my surprise, the hotel has no air conditioning which was not mentioned anywhere on their site. The staff got me a fan which helped but it was hot for 3 of the days I was there. Hardly any water pressure in the shower. The rooms only get cleaned once a week. The last night of my stay, all the lights and fuses in my room blew. They put me into another room which had twin beds and water pressure in the shower. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast can be bought for 8euros but it's bread, butter, jam, and either soft or hard boiled eggs. Drinks are from a machine.

Not Impressed, but ok for somewhere to sleep...
Overall it was a good hotel, is nice and modern. Although it was a non smoking room, there had a smoky smell that we couldn't get rid of. All the rest was very comfortable. The room cleaning is only performed once time per week.

We were attending a match at Stade de France so chose a hotel within walking distance. The room was clean and relatively comfortable. The staff were friendly and the room was reasonably priced. It was very close to Carrefour Pleyel stop, so was easy to get into Paris on the Metro. No frills or luxuries but a nice stay.

Nice hotel close to station
Nice hotel close to station. Parking is 15 euro per day. Rooms had an old smokey smell however each rooms have heater you control which was perfect. Thank you

Great place to stay!
We were very happy with this hotel. The rates were reasonable and it was exactly as advertised. We had a studio room that included at refrigerator, two burners, sink, and microwave. Even the dishes and dish towels were included. The room was clean and well stocked. If we needed anything the hotel staff was very helpful. The hotel is only a block from a metro stop so travel was very easy. Line 13 connects to most of the lines going to the major attractions. Usually we just had to make one transfer. Right across from the metro stop was a bakery, small grocery store, and fruit stand. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but stopped by the bakery. Since our return flight was early we needed to go to the airport by taxi at 4:30. The hotel made the arrangements for us and we were picked up on time. If we ever go back to Paris we would be happy to stay here again.
