We booked the studio apartment for three of us for New Years Eve. It was a great location, lots of restaurants and bars etc near by. Close to the Metro and walking distance to the Moulin Rouge.

In the middle of Montmatre, walking distance to Sacre Coeur. Easy access to Metro, but need taxi / Uber to get there initially . Highly recommended .

My only complaint is the shower room not completely enclosed causing water to splash on the bathroom floor. Otherwise, it was a great stay. The aparthotel was clean and in a nice location.

Great value and great location for tourism
Great location, really near to line 1 metro station so great for getting everywhere in Paris. Most places also in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, ice cream shops and small shops in the area. Supermarket across the road. Lovely apartment with modern decoration and nice bathroom/kitchen. Our room also had a small balcony with chairs and table. Kitchen well equipt with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob and utensils. basic cleaning items also provided such as dishwasher tablets. Bathroom has shampoo/shower gel and hand soap. Hairdryer/safe/iron/fan/TV also provided. No aircon so room was hot in August. No maid service but you can change towels at Reception if required. Polite/helpful service. Nice courtyard garden that you can sit in. Takes 1hr to get to Disney by train door to door. Nice reception area with toys for small children and you can borrow extra items for your apartment from a selection.

It is tucked away in a corner, away from crowds but with easy access to everything (restaurants, grocery, metro, etc.). Staff was responsive and helpful. Everyone spoke English and that was great since my French is very rudimentary. A great place where I'd stay again.
