Stopover

We stayed one night awaiting a connecting flight. Free Shuttle service was a bonus...hotel was clean, great location. Thin walls...expensive but very tasty food. Considering the convenience to the airport...definitely would stay again.

Nice clean large room with a king size bed Exactly what we needed after staying and sleeping in small twin beds in other hotels in Paris

Rooms were decent and clean. Location is 15mins away from airport via free shuttle. Breakfast buffet is convenient but not great.

Pros: 4-star hotel. Haha. More like a 2-star and that's being generous
Cons: Hotel is a run down dump. Surly staff, dirty bathrooms, bad food.
Location: Last shuttle stop before airport. Good location

B.W. CDG Airport

shuttle service was free and dropped you right at the hotel. It is a bit of a walk to find the elevator to the 5th floor to catch the shuttle though. The room however was clean but worn. The carpet was coming up in room 035 and the furniture looks like it was out of the 70's. The bed was not bad and the pillows are tiny but ok.

Flea like bugs all over room

There were flea like bugs all over the room attacking me for the 2 hours I was able to sleep. Woke up at 4am there wasn't any staff at front desk. I walked up and went down the road. Would call for a refund but the amount it would cost me to call from US to France I'll just take the loss.

I loved it

I stayed here for 9 days in the midst of an emotional crisis, and loved it. The staff was very nice (they speak english), and the rooms were very comfortable. There is room service, a restaurant and a bar. The restaurant was pricey, but the food was good. The bar is also pricey and a bit boring--perfect if you want to have a glass of wine and read a book. I had a few weird things happen, but I stayed there for so long that there were bound to be some quirks... no big deal. There was a cockroach in the bathroom the first night, which is weird because the place was clean. I stayed in 2 rooms diff. rooms and both bathtubs had hairs in them when I got there. The first 3 days the maids didn't bug me at all, but as soon as I switched floors they were knocking on my room every day despite having the"do not disturb" sign up. One morning they knocked quickly and within 3 seconds tried opening the door. I had the security latch on, so they weren't able to get in... but I was startled. The elevators are small, and there aren't enough of them.They get swarms of groups at once.. and there were times when I had to wait for a really long time because people were constantly clogging the elevators (and no stairs? I would've been HAPPY to take the stairs!). These are nitpicky things, as I am a nitpicky person. Overall I was super pleased, and it felt like home. It was truly comforting when I needed it the most! I miss them!

Nice hotel close to airport.

We stayed for 2 nights. Nice hotel, close to airport with good shuttle service. Breakfast was good.
