Staff was very friend and helpful. I arrived early and they were able to give me an early check. I was able to get a nap before deciding to walk around the area. There isn’t much around the hotel, so limited options for eating out and sightseeing. However with the shuttle service, it’s easy to get to Orly airport from this hotel.

Great place to stay near Orly airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport and the bedroom was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The room was filthy, carpets were dirty and stained , no one answered the reception call from the room, the bathroom did not have hand soaps and it looked moldy. Overall, not a place to be in unless you have no other choice or it is a life and death situation.

Although the lobby and restaurant areas were very pleasant and clean the hallways to rooms and the rooms had a very musty odor. The rugs in our rooms were dirty and stained. Also, none of the beds had a cover sheet on them and when asked to please give us one they refused at first, only when we stated that we were going to give them a negative review did they concede.

This is by far the worst hotel I have been to. And I have been to a few. This is an airport hotel, we stayed there as we needed to stay close to a friend’s house. Big mistake. Not sure how it is rated four stars and has good internet reviews. Staff are not helpful, rooms are dated and cleanliness is a major issue. Breakdown of poor experience: We were greeted by a gentleman at the front desk who checked us in. When asked if somebody can help us with the luggage, we were told that we will have to wait as there is nobody else to man the desk!!! We were offered a room that had swarms of ants. When we complained, we were offered a different room. Both rooms had old dated furniture, dusty vents and smell badly. After our first night, nobody cleaned the room until we asked the hotel to do so ( despite having a sign on the door). All in all our holiday was scarred by this poor Hotel.

This is a perfectly adequate airport hotel for one night before or after a flight. It is nice that there's an airport shuttle, that was quite convenient but only once an hour. The hallways smell like still smoke like a lot. They did not inform us that they were going to be replacing the carpets in the hallway during our one night stay. So there was weird scratching in the morning and when we opened the door we saw the covers had been completely removed from the hall. A little weird. Again. I would not stay here for a real vacation but it was fine for one night.
