Not enough shuttle service

Several patrons (around 12) were waiting for shuttle to Orly airport but only one shuttle for 6 people was available. There was a scramble on who gets in first because the next one comes in 30 minutes yet. But to be fair, a friend (who was left behind) said that the hotel tried to organise another shuttle for those left behind.

Nice hotel for a short stay

It was a good one-night stay. The only problem was a noisy shower-head. The rest was pretty good , mini fridge was a nice feature. As well as tea/coffee machine

Perfect for early departure from Orly

Pros: Location and price
Cons: Shuttle driver service And I did not particularly like the pictures of statue heads that was used for décor. It was kind of creepy.
Location: I was exhausted when I arrived so I slept the afternoon away. I did not see much except highways when I looked out the window.
This hotel is about a 10 minute shuttle ride from Orly Airport. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes. I was not very impressed with the driver on the trip from the airport. He did not seem very helpful with luggage, particularly since he closed the door before I was able to put my luggage into the back of the van so I ended up with everything on the seat. I can't say it was much better on the return trip to the airport. Other than that, the front desk staff was very pleasant. The restaurant was OK -- nothing special. They forgot to bring my salad at dinner and I waited entirely too long to get it. The room was very nice -- even nicer than I have seen at Best Western in the US. Free wifi too. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would go there again.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location

The hotel was beautiful, excellent location and quality for the price! When I arrived they gave me a free upgrade for all my troubles I had at a previous hotel. The staff were very knowledgeable about the city and metro system, they had me on my way within minutes of checking in with perfect directions to the Eiffel Tower. The metro was very close only a 4 minuite walk from the hotel, when you arrived back on the hotel property you had to buzz in and speak with staff before the gates would open. I enjoyed this feature as it made me feel safe and secure durn my stay in Paris. I will defiantly book this hotel again!

Terrible customer service!

We were told we would have two queen beds - the room had 2 double beds. no Iron or ironing board. There was construction work going on on the floor above us, so we asked to be moved. The air conditioning did not work in the new room. When we called the front desk, they sent someone up, who onfirmed it wasn't working and simply left. When we called the front desk they said they would send up a fan. 20 minutes later, no fan, so we called again and they denied saying that they had promised us a fan! Finally got the darn thing. NOT a great experience. Very unhappy.

Great Hotel!

There was a shuttle available at the airport for no charge. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions around the city and how to get to the metro. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
