Dear Madam,I’m very surprised to read your negative comment, and I feel sorry for you, and for Castille team tooAs shared together, it is possible that an empty paper Dior box left close to the waste basket , was thrown by mistake from the cleaning attendant , and we where ready to assist your to get a new one, but you refusedWhile the mystery of some gluten-free pretzels disappeared from your children sac, will remain a mystery …..Sunday October 9th around 8,30 I personally reached you and your children, in your room 109, with a waiter, delivering some chocolate cookies from our patisserie, I’m sure you remember that in that occasion you received my apologies and you thanked me a lot.You are free to call a layer, I’ll be happy to assist himBest regards
