Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Host never responded to serious issues and fraudulent listing

The listing states that the unit has air conditioning and washing machine. Neither exist in the unit. A half hour after we checked in dirty water started coming out of the shower drain covering the floor of the bathroom. We immediately called the management company and got the answer that they could not do anything without reaching the owner. The owner apparently was not available throughout our stay as this was response everytime we reached them (calling the Paris management office, the Netherlands european headquarters and the US VRBO help desk). After three days of calling we finally were able to reach someone at the US VRBO that was able to properly address the issues. Thank you to US VRBO for actually responding!!
