I thought I was in a horror movie. No light going down the hall, no face towels, spoiled floors with stains, bathroom toilet was filthy just to say the least. Run away before booking…I beg you to run away!!!!

This property seems to be going thru remodeling and failed to post this. The breakfast buffet served what I consider stale bread /croissants and a very limited selection. I have never experience a hotel where I had checked in after 11:30 pm to then be woken up to be asked about needing airport shuttle before 8:15 am. A schedule was posted and emailed of the service shuttle was every 30 minutes. Total disappointment SMH…..

The first problem was that the airport hotel shuttle left 5 minutes early. It was the last shuttle of the night. We arrived with "4 minutes to spare" only to find out from the other shuttle drivers that our hotel already left. It cost me an additional $20 to get to the hotel. Next, the hotel hallways were filthy. They are going through some updates but you had to step around construction equipment and the hallways were covered in drywall dust. Then our rooms toilet wouldn't stop running with a gurgling sound. We finally switched rooms at 12:30 a.m. The desk person in the evening and the morning were unwilling/unable to do anything to make things right, not even giving a complimentary breakfast for all the problems. Avoid this place if you can.

Dear Mark,the driver says he waiting 23h30 in the airport and we are sorry if it was not the case. The renovation area are closed to the public. If you have to contourn materials, you were not in the good corridor and we are sorry that it disturb your stay but the corridor with materials are closed to public. The hallway are cleaned twice everyday before and after the cleaning of the rooms. the carpet will be change in the end of renovation but the price of the room is low until we don't renovate it. A compensation is already made in the price of the rooms. We give you an other room about the problem of toilets. We don't offer breakfast for this reason. It as to be a problem that can't be solved. About renovation, you already have a compensation on the price of the rooms. As you can see we are really lower than other hotel until renovation isn't finished. It's normal that we don't offer breakfast. Best regardsthe reception

My elderly parents had to wait over an hour in snow flurries for the "every 30 minute" shuttle; the driver finally arrived and after everyone had boarded demanded someone get out again to give up their seat for a late arrival. When no one agreed, he removed the keys from the van and walked away, finally gave in and then drove them around for 30 minutes before reaching the hotel that was only 10 minutes away (discovered the next morning on the shuttle TO the airport). They finally reached their room to find it unheated and the heat not working for their entire night stay. They went to reception wearing coats and hats asking for a solution and were given an extra blanket. Poor excuse for a hotel, shameful treatment of guests.

Dear Katrina,the driver take more than 10 minutes to go from airport to hotel because there was a lot of people in the road and with the snow they drive slow. the driver turned every 30 minutes but there was more people arrived than the place in the shuttle during this turn. When the driver removed the keys, it was because some one hold his jacket by his collar. You make a feedback instead of your parents which where in the hotel. You were not here to judge the situation but it was not "no one agreed" but violent during this turn. I think if guest take you by collar, you will want to calm down the situation too before driving. Over rooms were available in the hotel. if the warm didn't work, we will give an other room but the heather worked and we give extra blancket for waiting the room to be at temperature because it takes a little time. We are sorry if the extra blanket was not sufficient during the heather was warming.And don't make a feedback if it was your parent in the hotel and not you.the room they used, 118, was very hot this morning when the maid enter in the room.Best regards,The reception

Shuttle Bus is terrible
Wait for ages at Airport before the hotel shuttle bus came along; called many times hotel reception but no one answers. The Shuttle bus should be regular (as they promised once every 30 mins) but in reality it’s not.

I selected this hotel due to the free shuttle that suppose to run every 30 minutes but had to wait 50 minutes at the airport for the shuttle and I called the hotel 3 times with no answer. I also sent an email after 45 minutes and suddenly the shuttle appeared after 50 minutes. I made a reservation for the first 05:00 am shuttle to catch my early flight which did not show up and forced me and another client to ask the reception for a taxi which costed 20.00 Euros each. I think it is a scam between the hotel reception and the private taxi.

Cheap airport stopover
Good overall value for money, basic and dated but clean, currently undergoing renovation works. Airport shuttle a big bonus. Cheap convenient stop for a night if using the airport.

The hotel was clean, but in the process of construction to update the property. Our room was ok, but ''worn''. The shuttle from the airport was supposed to circulate every 30 minutes, however we waited 1h and 15 minutes. The Expedia description indicated there is a restaurant onsite. There is only a vending machine. There is a restaurant within easy walking distance which was fine.

Waited an hour and a have for the shuttle bus. When he finally arrived, he started saying you should have taken a a taxi. In a nasty voice. When we arrived he followed me inside and asked me to go back to The bus and close the bus’s door in an attacking mode. Then he proceeded to talk to the receptionist to tell him in French that I was “CON” jerk assuming that I don’t understand French. I also tried to call the hotel numerous times, no one answered. Called Expedia, they called, No Avail. Spoke to a manager who promised to do something but damage was done. I always choose this hotel. Basic and reasonable. Not anymore.

Found a used confirm on the hallway floor. The breakfast was terrible. My flight landed late so there was no shuttle. Tried to call for a shuttle and they never answer. Room was ok. Rust and girt in the bathroom. Found a couple holes in the bedding.

This is a place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head on an overnight layover. However, the hotel has a very strong pungent smell that makes it hard to breathe. I had to sleep with my mask on because I was worried about the air quality. Also the free shuttle is not reliable. They only pick up at one stop and drop off at that same stop. When I arrived, I walked for about a mile to get to the terminal where the stop is and they never came. I ended up taking a taxi there. Going back to the airport, they dropped me off at the same terminal and refused to drop me off at my terminal (even though I was the only passenger). If you use their shuttle, plan on an extra hour going from one terminal to another because the hotel doesn’t care. I would never stay here again. The place is cheap but the smell and the “free” shuttle hustle is not worth it.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING to say the least. We booked this place because it was affordable as well as very close to the airport since we weren’t staying for long. Worst decision I’ve ever made. For starters, we were sent an email telling us not to call for a shuttle upon arrival due to staff being very busy. The shuttle took 2 hours to pick us up. When we arrived we noticed the reception area was in bad condition, the furniture looked like it was from 1950s. The staff who checked us in clearly had no idea what he was doing. He gave us a key card and we found out that he didn’t activate after trying to enter the room. Once we did enter the room, it was dirty. The toilet didn’t flush, there was hair all in the sink and the shower looked like it had mold. We asked for another room which was no better. There were spots all over the wall, no toilet tissue, there were phones on the wall that do not work. And the sheets had stains on them. After we ordered food for delivery one of the guests accidentally spilled a purple drink on the floor. The next morning we noticed they didn’t even clean it up instead the floor was sticky. This is by far the worst place I’ve stayed in all of my travels. PLEASE save yourself from the headache.

I’ll say this hotel is a place for you if you’re looking just to rest your head for the night. Room smelled like cigarette mixed with lemon air freshener. You can hear the aircon running once it’s switched on. If you can look passed all that, overall, it was okay. On the plus side, they have scheduled shuttle services to CDG airport and from the hotel. So, if you’re looking for a cheap place. This hotel is for you.

Absolutely filthy. Broken key card. Couldn’t get into room. Bathroom was dirty old and in disrepair. They put us in an inferior room and didn’t refund us the difference. We asked for Uber to airport. Front desk quotes €10 but we had to pay €28. Just awful

The hotel is in need of a major overhaul. Carpeting was dirty on the edges, slept on top of the bed not under the covers. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night as someone chose to smoke in their room - not the hotel's fault but very annoying. On the positive side - the shuttle from CDG was fast but did not run in the afternoon, the maid did a terrific job in the bathroom as it was very clean. I would not choose to stay here in the future.

The worst MOTEL I have experienced in my worldwide travels. The reception lobby was covered in towels and buckets because of a leak. Lobby furniture all torn up with HUGE tears. Vending machines not working. Breakfast was stale rolls, undercooked eggs, no butter, and cheese and meat sitting uncovered for god knows how long. The bathroom in the room was a tiny hole in the wall, with no arm room at all. Toilet was leaking constantly. Not enough towels. Dirty. No coffee in room even though there was an unclean pot! I WANT A TOTAL REFUND!!!! I didn’t bother notifying the management. I was there just for the night and leaving early in the morning. And the whole attitude and body language was “take it or leave it”. I didn’t book with them. I booked through Expedia. And I am looking for a total refund

Last shuttle bus left early so I had to take a taxi. When I got to the hotel via taxi (25euro) there was a backlog of 10 people waiting to be checked in around midnight. Clerk didnt know how to use the system. Finally managed to get a room around 1:30 am

Dear Tarek,We are sorry about the check-in, it was a new receptionnist and it was is the first week.About shuttle, the schedule is on every website and it finish at the same time as other hotel. We can't do anything about it. If your flight don't correspond to our shuttle schedule, you can't complaint about it.Best regards,The reception

Don’t stay here. Just don’t. Everything from the staff to the property are awful. We waited over an hour to check in along with 15 other people. Then when people were finally given rooms they were already occupied, disgustingly dirty, or with no lights. One even had a toilet laying on the floor beside the bed. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else. Worst way to end our travels!
