The worst stay of my life

•The check in was late. •The front desk staff were not experienced. •I slept in a room with no AC "did not work due to mail function". •Because the room was "non refundable" and payed for entire stay the hotel staff didnt seem to care in fixing any issue I had... •I booked for (4) nights and checked out on the second night by going and staying at another place thats how bad it was, it is the worst experience of my life...

Nice location close to all shops and restaurants.

We got a two story suit, bathroom and shower were upstairs and with two kids it was not easy to go up and down. There was construction going on, remodeling the exterior so could not open the window and use the balcony. For the price we paid we expected better view and one level suit. We requested a better view than construction workers but they did not have one available.

Perfect location. Room below expectation.

Location was great on champs elyesee. Room have small kitchen and quite big room. But notice bathroom need to be renovates. Very high speed free Wifi.

Great location with service recovery

Pros: It's a mini-apartment with benefits of a hotel. Paris is difficult to find something for three guests.
Cons: Room service consistency specifically in kitchen; one day we received an replacement dishwasher cube - the next day not; same w coffee filters, etc.
Location: Great location. Right around corner from Monoprix grocery. Easy access to the heart of the city.
Overall good stay. Had a few minors issues, but staff recovered and apologized for the issues.

Location: luis vuitton è a 2 passi
la posizione è impareggiabile, al centro dei campi elisi, vicino a ristoranti e magnifiche boutique. Il personale è molto disponibile e cortese, la suite molto ampia e confortevole. Ci ritornerò.

Beautiful hotel on the Champs Elysees

Pros: Our room was very quiet considering we were located on the Champs Elysees. Also, found the staff to be friendly and helpful especially at breakfast.
Location: Great location with Arc de Triomphe nearby in one direction and Place de la Concorde not too far away in the opposite direction.
Hotel was ideally located for transport, shops and restaurants and attractions.The room was spacious and had all the facilities required to cook meals, store cold drinks etc and make beverages . There was a Monoprix food store located nearby so you could buy all your food and drink requirements there including beer and wine.The bathroom was spacious with a shower/bath combination complete with bath towels , soaps and hair shampoo.

35平米のエグゼキュティブスイートに宿泊したが、思ったより狭く感じたものの、快適であった。何せシャンゼリゼ通りのど真ん中なので、本当に良いところにある。

The WC have a very bad smell and even after complaining the smell remain also the TV was not working .
