Good base for Disney/Paris

We stayed at this hotel for a visit to Disney and Paris. The hotel is just across the square from the RER station (7 mins to Disney - 2 euros and 40 mins to central Paris - 5 euros). You can buy 10 tickets at a time which reduces the price by 25%. The hotel is a good standard. The staff were really polite and always happy to help. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a safe, shampoo and shower gel in bathroom, large TV, mini fridge. Would have been nice to have a kettle/cups for tea and coffee. The weather was very hot while we were there and the air conditioning was very poor - not very cool and quite noisy. We couldn't afford to have breakfast (15 euros each) so went to the amazing bakery opposite the RER station which also had a coffee shop. There is a Carrefour supermarket on the other side of the RER station which we also used. There is an amazing Vietnamese restaurant opposite the hotel which I would definitely recommend. I have previously stayed in Val d'Europe but this area is also a good base to explore Paris/Disney.

In terms of conditioning, I'm closer to my manager to see what is spent in your room and make necessary repairs. The shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel bring real added value to the hotel. Perfect home away from home

Pros: Cleanliness Facilities Location to Disneyland Friendly staff
Cons: Keep up the good work!
Location: Disney is 2 metro stops away, Val D'Europe is one stop away and has a good selection of restaurants and a big supermarket in the shopping centre.
We stayed here for 4 nights in June 2016 and it was perfect. Bussy Saint George is a nice, safe and friendly area and you're just over 30 minutes away from central Paris and 5 minutes from Disneyland! Friendly staff, very clean hotel and quiet too. Could not say a bad word about the place - would happily stay again!

Lovely hotel in a quiet residential area

The staff were very friendly and the room was better than we expected, lovely decor, very clean and modern. It was in what seemed a residential area with a few shops and the train station 3 mins walk away. Train was half hour to Paris, 10mins to Disney land. Very quiet and convenient. We would stay here again

Pros: De ligging
Cons: Gasten informeren dat men met een verbouwing bezig is.
Location: Goede ligging: vlakbij treinstation, winkels en Euro Disney.
We vonden dit hotel altijd als prettig. Behalve de laatste keer (april 2016)'. We wisten niet dat men met een verbouwing bezig was. Het was erg ongezellig. De lobby was voor een deel verborgen achter doeken er was geen bar. Als we dit hadden geweten dan hadden we voor deze keer een andere hotel geboekt. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en deed hun best om het ons aangenaamte maken. Maar ...het was een ongezellige bedoening.

We actually during renovation of the rooms and reception areas (restaurant, reception, lounges seminars and bar). I appreciate your comment and you take kindly accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We closed the bar with a partition so that the work in this part does not interfere as little as possible the rest of the hotel. The renovations ended April 25, 2016, since then we welcome our guests in the common areas (restaurant, reception, lounges seminars and bar) and completely renovated rooms. Great hotel near Disneyland

Great hotel, when we visited it was getting refurbished and so far it looks great, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Kettle and fridge in refurbished rooms. 2 minute walk to train station where you can either visit Disneyland or Paris. Was a little noisy but didn't bother me too much, and couldn't find any English tv channels but didn't bother us that much either.

This place does not look like the pictures. The staff is underwhelming and unwilling to help generally. We couldn't get pillows and the manager didn't seem to care in the slightest that we were unable to shower because the faucet was broken. I am pretty sure the carpet hasn't been vacuumed in a decade.
