Pros: Location and overall quality and service
Cons: Th bar is small and service while of quality can be a bit slow as hey aim for perfection
Location: Next door to the Louvre and the Rivoli Metro station, ideal for walking through Paris
Lovely hotel in the centre of Paris. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were helpful and lovely. The quality is superb. Bar and restaurant are good but not ideal for staying in but who would want to on a Paris hotel.

A wonderful boutique hotel in a fabulous location

Location: The best part of the hotel is the location. It is tucked away in a quiet street right behind Palais Royal. Louvre is within 5 minutes walk.
We broke up our stay at this hotel over 3 nights and stayed at a courtyard side and a street side rooms (2 nights in a delux room with terrace and one night at a suite room as a result of a free upgrade). Both were beautifully decorated and clean. The layout of the rooms are very thoughtful so that the rooms (smallish given that this is Paris) do not feel cramped. We found the hotel staff to be both professional and friendly. The breakfast selections are limited but more than adequate. A very comfortable and special boutique hotel in Paris. We will be back!

Rooms felt clean and fresh throughout our stay. The hotel staff were very efficient, helpful and attentive.

We traveled to Paris for our 10th wedding anniversary and were recommended this hotel as a luxury hotel - WOW, it did not disappoint!! The location is amazing - you are literally next door to the Louvre and a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Sitting on our balcony we could see the Sacre Couer. The staff was extremely warm and helpful, and we found that we had been upgraded prior to arrival. The rooms are a bit small (especially if you are used to the American room sizes), but it was a luxury room (from the bed, the bath products, to the Nespresso machine). The staff had a bottle of wine and macaroons waiting for us, which was a nice touch. The continental breakfast had many more options than usual (including eggs made to order), and again the staff was attentive and polite. Even having a coffee and cake in the bar, we were impressed by quality of food/beverage and the politeness of the staff. I would highly recommend this property, especially if this a special occasion (as it is a bit pricey).

The hotel is very nice and clean; the rooms are very fresh though small - I would say that it is actually a great 4 star - rather than a true 5 star to my mind. We ate in the bar as the hotel dinning room is no longer open in the evenings. The food was good - though pricey. I would likely stay here again if I wanted to be in the area for a short stay.

Perfect Hotel Experience

The thoughtful management and staff meant our every expectation; as did the decor and cleanliness of this well located hotel (directly across the street from the Louvre). The daily breakfast buffet was simply divine. Our only minor suggestion would be softer tissue in the bathroom. Overall a 10/10!

Charming location and terrific service. My morning coffee was delivered exactly on time every morning I was there. Just next to Palais Royal and the charming Bistrot Valois, it's a wondering quiet spot close to all. Highly recommend!
