The wifi was horrible - it barely worked; seeing as I was there for work, I needed it to work. Other than that, the stay was good.

Quick and friendly check-in to a nice clean comfortable room. Even though the hotel is going through renovation, my stay was not affected and enjoyed a quiet and restful night. Same friendly check out took only a minute. I will definitely stay again and again!!

Three months in advance of travel date I went on-line to "Hotels.com". Chose Hampton for location & price. Booked & paid for handicapped room. Received e-mail confirmation stating that I would have a handicapped room as requested. However, upon arrival was told that I would NOT get a handicapped room because I booked thru "Hotels.com" (third party). Never had this problem at any other hotel. Left the Hampton and at the last minute was able to book a handicapped room at another hotel in the area. Will never use Hampton again since they did not honor my request.

Our stay was ok, our TV in our room didn't work great and when I went to the front desk to let them know; they said maybe it needed tightening up in back. Which we had checked. Went back to room to find bathroom floor flooding from the toilet. Went back down stairs to finally request a room change. They did change our room. Most hotels always ask for a CC up front incase you use anything that needs charged for; well they just automatically charged $50.00 to us and now it is a waiting game to get it back!!!! Then upon check out when I asked for a receipt I was told they could not give me that it would have to come from Expedia, I let them know I booked through Hotels.com and they just looked at me and repeated it again. So left with no receipt and didn't book with Expedia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
