Vehicular access hit and miss. With area construction hard to find number 1, number 2 is sometimes car service gets through the taxi barrier, more often not. Bar personnnel on our visit not very professional, breakfast (Parisien) okay, rooms typical, outside services minimal due to this being a business district.
