Je n'y retournerai jamais

Pros: Bien situé, facile de se rendre au centre de Paris rapidement
Cons: Propreté et politesse du personnel sont les plus gros points noirs. Attention aussi à la faible isolation phonique
Expérience désastreuse pour moi dans cet hotel. Si certaines choses sont pardonnables, d'autres le sont beaucoup moins. Pour commencer, le personnel n'est pas agréable ou poli (le seul bonjour reçu venait d'une femme de chambre croisée dans un couloir) Si ma chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée, l'isolation phonique laisse à désirer ( le voisin de gauche ronflait et a eu une quinte de toux vers 6h30). La chambre possède un lecteur DVD (super !), qu'il est impossible d'ouvrir. Une des serviettes de bain et le drap présentait des tâches douteuses. Par.i les article de toilette, le savon présente des marques d'usage mais a été remis dans sa bote comme si de rien n'était. La climatisation ne marchait pas comme espéré : impossible de faire descendre la température de la chambre ne dessous de 22°. On m'a dit à mon départ que j'avais sans doute appuyé sur le mauvais bouton (voir problème de politesse plus haut) Le petit déjeuner en chambre ne correspondait pas tout à fait à ma commande et le pain semblait rassi. L'eau dans la théière était froide. L'hôtel n'est pas mauvais, mais les prestations ne correspondent pas à ce qu'il est attendu d'un hotel de ce type, surtout les problèmes de propreté / hygiène.

Im Bad gab es keine Abtrennung für die Dusche. Der Vorhang schien demontiert zu sein. Dadurch wirkte das Bad füreinander 4 Sterne Haus unangemessen.

Weekend stay.

Fantastic location, with the metro right outside, only 1 stop away from central Paris. Also lots of shopping and restaurants on your doorstep. However, staff, housekeeping, room service and facilities need much improvement. Staff appear to want to give as little interaction with guests as possible. One even handed me towels which weren't put in room and ran away with no eye contact - bizarre. No cups or rubbish cleared from room after housekeeping had been. Bubbles in bath not working - after paying €70 for upgrade. Room service not freshly cooked at all - refunded after a bit of a wait in the evening. second stay, first time fabulous - don't know what's happened! Will not return.

Hôtel dans le CNIT qui vaut ses 4 étoiles

Pros: Hôtel plutôt luxueux avec personnel impeccable, chambre vaste très confortable, extrêmement silencieuse (aucun bruit de circulation)
Cons: Des petits détails sans grande importance : la pile de la balance était à changer, la radio ne fonctionnait plus. pas de balayette dans les WC.
Location: Quartier de l'Arche de la Défense. Pour Paris, il faut prendre le RER, le métro ou encore un taxi (tête de station à la sortie de l'hôtel)
Nous sommes venus du jeudi au dimanche pour raisons professionnelles et personnelles. C'est un hôtel situé à l'intérieur du CNIT où nous avons passé un très bon séjour même si le quartier de la Défense le week-end n'est pas très glamour. Nous avons bénéficié d'un prix très avantageux (3 nuits pour le prix d'une), sans doute parce que le WE l'emplacement n'est pas recherché et que l'hôtel était loin d'être plein du vendredi au dimanche.

Convenient to the Metro and lots of shopping.

Not a bad place to stay. Breakfast was nice and great access to the Metro, RER and the public spaces outside. Right next door to an enormous shopping mall with lots of food, clothing, supermarket, etc. Very easy to get to central Paris.
