Wonderful hotel central to all

It was a wonderful experience, highly recommend! Train station is right next to the hotel, near shopping, near sights, very central to all. Lots of bistros in the area.

A hotel which is close to everything

The staff was very very accomodating and friendly.. the service was fast and efficient. We booked a deluxe room.. room was nice and big for the usual european standards. No tub but the bathroom was just right with heated floors.. braakfast is the usual european breakfast (nothing special about it) but the servers were very attentive to our needs, check out was also efficient. Wifi good enough but with fluctuations, room was cleaned every day though they only gave us 2 bottles of water on the first day, none thereafter. Overall it was a pleasant stay and planning to come back in octobet with the rest of my family

Great stay

We had a great stay only spoiled just a tad by filming that was happening on our floor which caused us some problems from time to time. However the rest of the hotel was amazing, great food, very clean etc.

Quality hotel in a convenient position for travel

This is a nice hotel. Check in is 3.00pm and when we arrived from our flight at 2.45pm we were promptly told the room wasn't available even without the receptionist checking. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day but for some reason the milk tea and coffee sachets were not topped up. The location of the hotel is good - for a large city. Expect 20 mins walk to Place de Concorde and a further 10 min to the Louvre. The tube is next door and Line 9 will take you to the Eiffel Tower. The tube cost 2 euros each way and takes about 20 mins. An Uber taxi would be 10 euros and a metered taxi from the stand would be20 euros.

Nice area near major tour sites

Great, convenient location. Walking distance to a majority of site seeing adventures. The room I was promised wasn't available so I received a smaller, no view room. I was to receive a deluxe, king bed but that allegedly didn't exist per customer service. Expedia claims they have the most uptodate information regarding this hotel. In the future when booking a hotel, I hope everyone is on the same page and I'm not paying for a room that doesn't exist and given a room of less standards.

Great staff and service

Great hotel very pretty Staff was phenomenal Nazeema at check was wonderful and so helpful! Rooms are small but beautiful and the heated tiles in the bathroom are a great plus. Close to the train station and shopping!

Hilton Paris Opera

It was the best customer service I had received at a hotel in a long time. The look of the hotel was stunning. The inclusive breakfast was convenient. I loved my room. The location is perfect. Close to Eiffel Tower, close to everything! Close to loads of restaurants and shops. Very close to train station. Sometimes you could feel the shake from the trains. Nothing that would wake you out of your sleep though.

Excellent Location and Staff

Location: Shop, eat, site see
Upon check in, we were thanked for our loyalty to Hilton. The staff quickly showed us to our room and settled us in. We were within walking distance to Place Vendome, Madeline Church, Tuileries Garderns and more. Printemps and Galleries Layfayette were across the street. The Concierge and Valet staff were very helpful, Bar menu delicious, VIP cakes and breakfast lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

Amazing staff service. Plenty of extra touches like a stocking on Christmas Eve. Close to city shopping.
