Very poor service

If you expect to check in the hotel on time, that s no way to do. When I check in the hotel at 6 PM, the reception said that the hotel not ready since they not clean up the room yet. I have book for the 10 rooms one night on july 31st to August 1st, 9 delux room and one junior suite. It so funny that rooms not ready to check in. I have to wait for 1 hour at least to get the room to be done. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Never and Ever to stay with poor service of the front reception. i found many butterfly on the breafast room as well stay on the food.

Great hosputality

All was excellent except coffee & water in the room was there only day 1 and not any other day . On asking the staff said only day one you get a bottle of water & room coffee . For a hotel that's so beautiful & wonderful people , management should add that as part of the daily cost . It's the standard everywhere . Also they are still holding on to the booking Debit card Visa amount long after we paid using another card . Can they fasten the process of release .

Loved our Stay!

Wonderful! The location is close to great shopping. My friends and I had two rooms both were perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was not out of line. I highly recommend this hotel.

Está bien el hotel, a 1 cuadra de estacion del metro, lo cual ayuda mucho, a 5 minutos de fontana de trevi y a 8min de Pantheon, está bien el hotel, los desayunos caros 25Euros por persona pero si quieres estar centrico

A beautiful stay in Paris

Pros: It is centrally located and next to the St. Lazare Metro stop. Easy to get around the city. Great shopping and dinning near by. Close to the Louvre.
Cons: Chilled water in the Executive Lounge and personal size water bottles too.
Location: This hotel is close to the Opera Granier as well as Printemps and Gallerie Lafayette, both of which have roof top dinning and views of the city.
My partner and I stayed at the Hilton Paris Opera from May 6 through May 12. Prior to our arrival, I reached out to the Guest Relations Manager to ask for assistance in booking restaurant reservations which typically need to be made a month in advance and requested an early check-in among other things. He went out of his way to ensure the Concierge staff booked our reservations as well as had a room available for early check-in which was a blessing after along Trans-Atlantic flight. The Assistant Concierge was in constant communication with me after each reservation was booked and also suggested some attractions to visit as this was not our first visit to Paris. Upon arrival, we were greeted very warmly by the front desk staff and she took care of our check-in promptly and efficiently. She also walked us to the Executive Lounge, which is available to HHonors members, to show us where it was located. A very nice personal touch. The Bellmen were always happy to get us a taxi and also provide any clarification of a question I may have had. Although the hotel is still under renovation, I never noticed it, until I was outside. This is a beautiful hotel that is being revitalized into the Hilton look and feel without losing the charm. I have stayed in many Hilton and Conrad’s and I have to say, I was completely impressed, treated with the utmost respect and would be honoured to return.

Die Lage war gut und zentral. Das Eingangsportal und die Lobby sahen sehr einladend aus. Leider war das Zimmer relativ klein. Das Badezimmer empfand mein Mann als Zumutung, weil wir einen anderen Standard erwartet haben. Es war alles ziemlich veraltet.
