Fantastic Hotel in Paris

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Hilton in Paris! My husband actually took me to Paris for a week for my 30th birthday, and worked with the concierge to make it very special! When we arrived to our room, they had beautiful peonies and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us, as well as a card from the staff wishing me a wonderful birthday. How sweet that they put that together for us - they went above and beyond! They were so accommodating with anything we needed the whole week and the rooms are just as nice in person as they are in the photos! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

CITY BREAK

Pros: VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND MOST HELPFUL. DECOR.
Cons: NOTHING REALLY NEEDS IMPROVING
Location: LOCATION GOOD FOR SHOPPING AND PICKING UP TOUR BUS. BUS TOUR FOR TWO HOURS WAS VERY GOOD AND INFORMATIVE. RESTAURANTS EVERYWHERE OF COURSE.
VERY WELCOMING RECEPTION STAFF. SLIGHT DELAY WITH OUR LUGGAGE REACHING OUR ROOM, BUT HARDLY A PROBLEM REALLY. GOOD BREAKFAST.

Central Paris Hotel

Hilton's first hotel in Paris. Very grand entrance hall is like a ballroom. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. I asked for a quiet room which overlooked the inner courtyard and was silent. Good blackout curtains too and double doors to the hallway for extra noise insulation. Breakfast was an extra €20 and worth it. Served in a nice bright room with an excellent buffet spread.

Wonderful experience

Highly recommend, great convenient location near many metro lines. Hotel has old world charm and up to date facilities, exactly what I want when I come to Paris.

Central Paris hotel

Pros: Location, cleaniness & staff
Location: The Metro & the local buses were on the doorstep and we had access to the whole of Paris
My wife celebrated her birthday on 21 January and I chose to take her to Paris and we had the best weekend - the Hilton Opera Paris staff went the extra mile and even delivered wine, chocs etc on her birthday direct to our room - at the Grand Salon Bar the staff were very friendly. Would definately visit again

A birthday celebration in Paris

A lovely birthday weekend made even nicer by a lovely hotel with great and friendly staff. The hotel is in a perfect position to get to adjacent to the Gare Saint Lazarr and all the key shops. Only one downside was the cost of breakfast, although a nice breakfast it was spoilt by the price of 29 euros each per day, Starbucks is next door and macdonalds is opposite so if you have young children would suggest you eat out for breakfast.

Pros: 建物の雰囲気やスタッフの対応そして立地。
Cons: アメニティー(歯ブラシ、バスローブ、スリッパなど)が部屋に準備されておらず、フロントにお願いしないといけなかったこと。
エントランスやロビー入ってすぐのラウンジなど高級感と建物の雰囲気があり、あぁパリにきたんだなと思うところが多くパリの雰囲気を満喫できた。

Centrally located design hotel

Pros: Location, decoration/design, room amenities and comfort, polite staff
Cons: Accessibility for people with reduced mobility or people carrying large suitcases, as entrance and reception are located up a small flight of stairs.
Polite staff; room available before check-in time; upgrade offered when receptionist noticed check-in date was my birthday. Concierge very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations.

Historical hotel centrally located

Pros: Centrally located, rooms are very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Very safe for a single traveler.
Cons: More information on Expedia that details that this poor room is a possibility should exist and ability to select rooms should be an option online
Location: Lots of high end shopping close to the Metro and Gare Sainte-Lazare. Very easy to get around central Paris and suburbs.
The first room I was given was not acceptable because the window was blocked with scaffolding and had no natural light. The gentleman at the front desk Anthony, was extremely sympathetic, polite and professional. He and assured me that he would have the room changed after the first night. My room was changed and the rest of my visit was perfect. The staff at the hotel are wonderful, I would recommend it to anyone travelling for business and would not hesitate to stay there again. My only complaint is that who would anticipate that your room would not have a window with natural light. Expedia customers should be protected from this type of booking because I am sure that no one would choose this type of room. Also to note, because the hotel is close to the train station, it can be loud on some evenings and mornings. Basic rooms are quite small - okay for one person, tight for a couple.

Excellent city centre hotel

Pros: Everything - condition, comfort, opulence.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent, modern yet opulent and classic hotel, footsteps from a main train and metro station with easy access to main airports, attractions and shopping. A recently revamped hotel, luxury is an understatement. Staff were excellent, the rooms immacualte, modern and comfortable. The hotel, whilst on a main road and above Gare St Lazare station, was quiet. Hotel food was also excellent and reasonably priced.
