Great Staff , good latcation

Pros: The front desk staff very helpful and allways willing to offer advice. The shower is brill in hotel room
Cons: The room was small, the view from room window wasn't brill
Location: Great lowcation Metro only a few steps away from Hotel

Terrible! Stay away and I mean it!

It was my first time in Paris and I book this hotel because of the location. It was disgusting. The room was so dirty and there was a terrible smell coming out of the bathroom. I couldn't sleep from the smell and tried contacting the front desk several times but no one picked up. I was so glad the day was over. also they charged my for breakfast 18 euros and there was no food!

très pratique le parking,mais les places sont exiguës.. Le personnel est incroyablement poli souriant et serviable!!Un vrai bonheur! Les chambres et la literie sont parfaits ainsi que la propreté Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique,sans parler du petit déjeuner qui était tres copieux et merveilleusement bon et varié,ne changez rien surtout!!
