Great location

Hotel staff were great. It was convenient location. Room was comfortable, quiet and warm. But telephone didn't work, glass shower door did not close properly. So could have done with a little maintenance. Reported telephone but nothing happened and we were tired so didn't ask again.

Good hotel in a great location with helpful staff

Pros: The location is great, staff was helpful, room was clean, and breakfast was plentiful.
This hotel is in walking distance of many great sightseeing locations. Also, the M4 metro stop is just around the corner. The area is safe for walking during the day and night. We will likely stay here when we visit Paris again.

Staff was courteous helpful and accommodating

We were in a bad situation with another hotel and the staff helped willingly and proactively in finding us a room

WHAT A BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PARIS....... IF YOU ARE THERE ONLY AND ONLY FOR THE EIFFEL... STAY NEAR THAT PLACE ONLY... THIS PLACE IS 20 MIN AWAY FROM THE EIFFEL... BUT WHAT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY AT.... METRO STATION : 2 MIN WALK MARKET : ALL AROUND YOU.. FROM THE NEXT BUILDING YOU CAN SEE FROM YOUR HOTEL (BUT THEY DONT WORK AFTER 7:00 PM) P.S. - DONT MISS GALERY LAFAYTE.... (10 MIN WALK) BUT VERY SILENT LOCATION. RESTAURANTS : ALL AROUND YOU.. (OPEN TILL 12:00 AM) HOTEL WAS NICE IN DEED..... HAD A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE....... FOOD (BREAKFAST WAS ONLY THAT WE HAD IN HOTEL) : AWSOME..... (LOVED THE VARIETIES OF CHEESE THEY HAVE..) Above & Beyond Service

Great location; good breakfast buffet. In particular, Grace in the restaurant showed a great deal of concern when she realized that my traveling companion had taken ill. She prepared a take-away box of food that I could take for her. Very thoughtful!

At home in St. Germain des Pres

I generally stay at this property when in Paris. The neighborhood is beautiful, with many fine neighborhood places to eat and shop. A short walk to Gare Montparnasse, it is great for catching the TGV and bus to CDG airport.
