I will happily stay at Home Latín again next time I’m in Paris. The staff was incredibly professional, the hotel was always clean and comfortable. I am so glad I booked here!

Everything was brilliant at Home Latin. There was 3 of us in a room and there was plenty of space and amenities. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet street but also 5 minute walk from the notre damn. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great location with nearby cafes and transportation. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but property is a little outdated. Hallways were dark and you could here people outside the room, but with that said we would stay here again because of the great location.

The two elderly staff in the evening are not friendly. We have a large group stay there for 5 nights. We asked for a tea mug so many time, but the two elderly staff refused to let us borrow. They gave us the paper cups instead of the ceramic cup with bad attitude.

Hotel was local to everything. Clean and sanitary. Was told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait around for an hour to check-in. States drinks can be purchased at the hotel, this was not the case.

The hotel is in a great location for a tourist visit to Paris. The room we got, for three people, was nice and big.

Location good, room as expected for price.
Chosen for it's location and price, it provided us a base for exploring Paris. Location good. Room bigger than expected. Bed well used and could do with a new mattress. Small amount of mould on wall. Noise between rooms (expected in Paris) but double glazing worked well reducing outside noise.

This is a tired and used hotel. Very small rooms, even smaller bathrooms (knees touch wall when on the toilet). No amenities, no glasses or cups. It is also very noisy, walls are thin. Staff refused to change our room. Would not recommend.

Excellent location. However I did not have shampoo or soap till a day later, even after I asked the guy at the front desk. He kept on reiterating that it was in the room when it wasn’t.

The hotel was perfect for a home base for visiting the city of Paris. It was in an excellent location in the Latin quarter, very close to other neighborhoods. There were many dining options, as well as small grocery stores. There were multiple public transportation options near the hotel, such as bus stops, and metro stations. The hotel is walking distance from Notre Dame.

Great stay
Had a triple room which was spacious, room was very clean. Location was excellent, really easy to travel to the main attractions and lots of restaurants nearby.

Ok in a pinch
It was ok. Pictures look better than reality. Website checking was at 2 but I was told my room would not be ready until 3. I would have made other plans had I known. The best thing was definitely the location. I wanted to stay in the 5th but my go to hotel was booked. Next time I will mist likely Judy stay in another location if my hotel is not a available too expensive for the room I had.

Stayed at the hotel for four nights: they won’t refill your water or your disposable cups. My request for this service was denied: apparently, they only give you water or cups to welcome you, for your first night stay, it doesn’t matter that you stay for four. The walls are transparent- you will hear your neighbors with perfect clarity.

No aircon, but a fan was provided and we could sleep with the window wide open, so just about bearable in the heat. Our room was small, in the roof with a cute little terrace. The location is amazing - you can easily walk to Notre Dam and Louvre. Good restaurants and bars locally.

The rooms were very small, very difficult to put your suitcase anywhere, no air conditioning and no room to move in the bathroom as it was tiny in size and very outdated. Very disappointed overall.

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to metro and bus stations and all major sites. Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby. Pleasantly surprised with size of room for 3 with great view. Although lots of activity and tourist attractions nearby, the hotel is perfectly located in a quite side street. However, with the exception of the young lady at the front desk, expect the usual Parisian charm which translates to no service.

The property is old and outdated. The room I occupied had very thin walls. There was broken glass in the shower which I did not see until I stepped in and pieces starting sticking me and then I could not get out until I was through. The entrance to the shower stall was very narrow, at best. The overnight receptionist did not provide warm customer service but the morning receptionist was very attentive and helpful. I had to look through my suitcase and the overnight receptionist did not want to turn on the light in the sitting area and we were the only ones there. This was about 4:45 - 5am. There are nicer looking hotels on the other side of Home Latin. I would not recommend it, despite the helpfullness of the morning receptionist.
