Centrally located in Paris, under half hour from Eurostar station and about an hour from Heathrow airport. Major attractions and museum are within half hour away by subway. Under 12 minutes walk from both subway stations, there's also a street vendors that sells fresh fruits and cooked foods on Thursday and Saturday. Strongly recommend a French restaurant call Les Affranchis less 5 minutes away. Must try their duck confit, sea bass fillet, French onion soup and escargots.

Comfortable bed. Great Tv. Could do with more English, Italian channels on top of French. I had slight issue. Management resolved well. Recommend as Gare du Lyon option.

Lovely hotel in the great location. Staff was amazing, very helpful. Only downside is size of the rooms, but not too bad for a couple of days. We would come stay there again.

The reception staff - Heloise in particular - were very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and very generous. The room was on the small side but very clean and comfortable, and so was the bathroom. We appreciated the lovely complimentary shower gel and shampoo. It was a very lovely stay and we shall be back, I hope.

Booked this last minute and couldn’t be more happy that we did. It’s insanely close to Gare Du Loyn train station and beautiful shops, cafes etc. The actual hotel is STUNNING and stylist and just honestly the perfect Parisian stay. I often do 5 star stays and this hotel is up there with style and cleanliness and beautiful products. Highly recommend.

Nice place in a good location. Rooms a tad small with no bathroom counter space or hooks but luckily I brought a portable hook. It’s a small inconvenience based on the other pluses. Bed was very comfortable with mattress topper. Linens were crisp and clean and the pillows were also top notch. (Not too high or firm) We slept really well both nights which is the most important aspect when traveling. Suite has AC and is nice and quiet. Staff was also very friendly. Is 10min walk to metro

Great location if you like to walk everywhere! The decor and facilities (gym and sauna) were nice, the room was modern and clean, and the overall super comfortable. We interacted with Heloise the most and she was amazing - giving us recommendations for where to go, arranging things for us as needed and being happily available! Thanks heaps Heloise for the lovely service and help! Overall a great stay

Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
This hotel was perfect for what I needed. I needed a transit point in Paris (was only in town less than 24 hours) and this was very conveniently located by Gare de Lyon. The rooms are compact but in very good condition and clean. What stood out most was the helpfulness of the front desk staff. Heloise was very attentive to helping me plan a couple hour walk thru the neighborhood - gave me all sorts of good ideas and tips, including detailed notes. When I sought a recommendation for dinner, she was one step ahead of me, printing out possibilities, giving me her own views, and then offering to make the reservation for me. (Plus, she was kind enough to suffer my poor French and at my request to not switch to English in response. Tarek, who I spoke with on other topics the next morning, was also very helpful. No one will confuse this with a luxury hotel but it was precisely what I needed.

For Paris, this was a great location, close to the Metro and shopping and food. Although the room was small, it was clean, bed was comfy, the sheets and pillows were high quality, room was cool and comfortable and loved the shower with a door. Thought the room was well designed and thought out. Will return.

Great place to stay near Gare de Lyon
We stayed here overnight before taking a noontime train to the South of France. Hotel Riesner offers easy access to the station. Staff was helpful. Our room was small but cleverly designed. Every square foot is used effectively. We skipped the 18 euro breakfast but it looked great! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Great stay, I really enjoyed it. Fabulous interior design. I would have preferred to have been told there was a water machine available, I didn't find this out until day 4. The only other thing I found a little annoying was I didn't bring any body cream or conditioner because I thought this was provided, but it wasn't. There was hand wash, body wash and shampoo available in large wall mounted tubs, but not conditioner or body cream. The area for breakfast was a little tight, but I'm not sure how they could improve on this. The orange juicer was really noisy so breakfast wasn't exactly a relaxing experience, but these are really minor grumbles. Overall it was a fabulous boutique hotel and I would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is easy to walk from the train station. The hotel sign is not visible from the street, but just following Google Maps was enough to find it. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel room was clean. If you need to take an early train, the hotel is a good choice.

Belle chambre Par contre en rdc, donnant sur la rue donc reveillé à chaque passage de voiture. Le lit est pile devant la porte donc j’entendais même les gens discuter à l’accueil J’ai demandé de prendre le petit déjeuner le matin, on m’a dit que ça n’était pas possible, il fallait reserver la veille! (Personne ne m’avait dit ça la veille). Bref, pas un service digne d’un 4 étoiles, je ne recommande pas.
