A Must Stay Hotel While in Paris
The staff was so helpful and kind and so accommodating. They were able to answer any questions we asked them. Not only were we sad to leave Paris but also sad to leave the staff. They were like family. This is the place to stay were all your needs are taken care of. I can't say enough about this establishment!

Cute hotel in great location
Hotel was clean, no bed bugs so far. In great location 5-15 mins walk to train stations, restaurants, attractions etc. Staff are helpful and accommodating- Claire, Ariel, Blanca, Robert.. Great selection of breakfast- charcuterie, hot food, vegetables, croissants/bread, drinks. I’m glad I opted for breakfast. I’m so happy I chose this hotel and will recommend it to friends/family.

The rooms are very small. But I guess thats normal for Paris. Other than that it was pretty good.

The decor is zany in the best way. I would describe the scale as compact. Very friendly, helpful staff. What stumped me was how to use the shower without flooding the bathroom. But I would gladly return and recommend to friends.

Quaint charming wonderful hotel . The staff were wonderful, Caroline at reception was kind, efficient and personable. They leave out a wonderful array of snacks all day and have a nice buffet breakfast .

Claudia was very gracious, and the breakfast service was impeccable; they were friendly and helpful overall. The hotel is very well located, so you can get to know Paris on foot!

Enjoyed the free snaks from 2pm to 2am...makes for a great experience and pretty convinient to always have access to drinks and food at a 3 star hotel. What make this stay to amazing was definetaly the warmth ,welcoming and usefull tips from Claudia at the reception. She made the hole experience for us and that is why I would return. Thank you and treat her right, she's a great member of your team !

I would definitely stay here again!
I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again. Nice area. Only problem was that the sole elevator was on the blink for about a day, and I was on the sixth floor! My room appeared to be freshly redecorated. The bathroom was top-class.

Terrible experience—told to carry bags up 6 flight
The elevator did not work and I was on the 6th floor, I had to car over 70 lbs of luggage up and down 120 stairs with no help offered. I will be seeking a refund as it is a violation of the contract saying I would have freaking lift!

Horrendous hotel
I would never stay here again. No lift and room was on the 6th floor. Staff rude, had to wait 10 minutes to checkout as the staff were smoking outside and wanted to finish their cigarettes. In the end I gave up. It was horrendous

Amazing value for this. Rooms are small but comfy and clean. Staff are amazing and helpful. Ariel gave great service at the breakfast with great recommendations. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice and convenient place for a stopover to St. Lazare Station. Quick, no frills check-in after a long journey. Room size somewhat small but the bathroom was super big and very modern. Very quiet.

The room is good, everything you need is there, it was qite, breakfast was reasonable, walkable distance fron the metro, staff is friendly and helpful. We only came to sleep, shower and breakfast, it fully covered our needs.

We should have been informed of construction!
The hotel was nice enough, but I wish Hotels.com would have mentioned that they were under a complete renovation, inside and out! The second floor was closed off with plastic and created lots of dust everywhere. Upon our Saturday arrival a crew was dismantling scaffolding on one side of the hotel and beginning Monday morning at 7:30am, they began building new scaffolding right outside our bedroom and bathroom windows. This carried on for the next 2 days, and preceded 3 additional days of work on the building exterior. Very noisy and disruptive during our morning routine! Aside from that, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot!

Everyone at the hotel was really friendly and made us feel really welcome in Paris. We enjoyed our stay with Hotel Augustin thoroughly and were well taken care of. Our room was clean and warm, toiletries and amenities were sufficiently provided, the pantry is always available and well stocked. We could watch World Cup matches in our room or common area! Breakfast selection is reasonably varied. Our stay was really pleasant and we would return! Highly recommended.
