Centralt beläget hotell

Pros: Ett mycket bra hotell med trevlig personal, vi stormtrivdes och kommer välja detta hotell igen.
Cons: Toaletten har ett eget rum som saknar handfat så man får gå till badrummet där dubbelhandfat finns så att man kan tvätta händerna.
Location: Hotellet är beläget på Champs-Élysées så det är nära till det mesta och det finns tunnelbanestation precis utanför.
Bekväma rum med stort badrum och en liten klädkammare istället för bara garderob. TV:n är snyggt dold, sängarna bekväma och när man ringer och bekräftar sin bokning frågar de efter eventuella önskemål samt om man vill ha king size säng eller två enkelsängar. Vi önskade ett tyst rum långt från hissen och det fick vi. När vi anlände bjöd de på champange. Personalen är trevlig och mycket artig, när man checkar in får man tydlig information om vilken tid utcheckningen är samt (om man inte kan franska) hjälp av en som talar perfekt engelska.

場所がいいだけのホテルです。 しかし、シャンゼリゼ通りに面した部屋は極めて高い。コスパは悪い。 4泊しましたが3泊目。午前9時半に市内散策に外出、午後4時に戻ったが部屋はまだ清掃中。 フロントとバトラーに連絡。終わる間はロビーにて待機していたが終了の連絡ないのて45分後に部屋に行ってみると終わっていた。 しかし、使用後のコッブはそのまま、バスルームにはシャンプーもない。 バトラーから、またチェックアウトの際にもごめんなさいは全くなし。 一番安いスーペリオーだとこんな待遇なんでしょうか。パリには20回以上行っていますが超高級ホテルではこんな経験は初めててす。 だたし、朝食は良かった。

Grate hotel

Staff were very helpful They was able to get us a booking for the restaurant up the Ifel tower no problem we tried befor and their was a 2 month waiting list according to the restaurant , but not with le Fouquets .

Все самые лучшие эпитеты,это про Ваш отель. Мы не первый раз в этом отеле и даже не сомневались,что он лучший. Дорого-да. Но есть система скидок,и это приятно. Завтрак в Диане мы вспоминаем во всех отелях мира. Он прекрасен. Все есть,вкусно,прекрасное обслуживание. Зарядка доброты на весь день. Очень ответственные и исполнительные работники на рецепшн. Очень расторопные вежливые и симпатичные молодые люди на входе. В общем всё очень хорошо!!!

Great Hotel

Pros: Everything was great.
I can't say enough good things about the staff. I have stayed in great hotels around the world and the staff here is second to none. This includes bellmen,doormen, concierge, restaurant staff, housekeeping , bartenders and front desk...along with anyone I failed to mention. Extremely professional group of people!

立地及びサービス、対応等完璧である。 部屋の清掃で何点か掃除不足(お風呂、シャワー、コップ)の汚れが目立っていたのが少々残念。
