Nice hotel close to sightsPosted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: How easy it was to access all the main sights of Paris
Cons: Nothing everything was fabulous
Location: Notre Dame, Le louvre, Eiffel Tower and many more
The staff was super friendly and helpful! Our room was very beautiful and spacious. It is a great location within walking distance of Le Louvre, a very short taxi ride to the Eiffel Tower and within 15 minutes of the Eurostar train

Beautiful boutique hotel with stellar service.Posted Aug 13, 2015
Pros: Size, personality, location.
Cons: The old-style hairdryer didn't work. New, more powerful dryers would be great.
Location: Close to everything. Steps from The Louvre, Champs Élysées and Place Concorde. Close to good shopping. A healthy walk to Notre Dame.
Great upscale hotel across from La Louvre and steps from Place Concorde and Champs Élysées. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Even the street-facing rooms are quiet. Lovely decor. Simple continental breakfast (not included) in pleasant surroundings. Management bent over backwards for us to accommodate an added member to our party. Great follow up on our stay. Overall very impressive.

Wow,Wow,Wow Phenomenal Hotel!Posted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: Rooms are immaculate, spacious and have a great view. The staff is wonderful. The location across the street from the Tuilleries.
Location: Tuilleries for bliss and walking. Louvre for art. Rue St. Honore for pricey shopping.
I usually stay in the 6th or 7th Arrondissements but decided to try a hotel on the Right Bank. Mind you, this hotel is literally across the street from the Tuilleries Gardens so you have the best of both worlds. It's next to the very pricey and stuffy Hotel Meurice. The room was spacious and we had a beautiful view of the Gardens, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The bathrooms were spacious and everything was immaculate. We even had out own espresso machine for the morning coffees. I have to say I'm not a fan of the Right Bank but the fact that I can "commute" by walking across the street through the Tuilleries Gardens to the Left Bank is awesome. I'm definitely coming back.

Great location, nice staff, room was was spacious.Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: The central location within walking distance to just about all venues.
Cons: In room 401 the shower head did not fit into the sliding vertical holder, and unless jammed into position, it was difficult to shower and wash oneself
Location: A tourist map makes the answer to this obvious.
Our room was maintained and cleaned each day, with chocolates on our bed each evening. The tariff was good for the location and we would happily stay there again and recommend it to our friends. Breakfast was limited, slow service (even at 09:00). A Monoprix supermarket around corner was a better option for picnic breakfasts in our room, supplying us with our preferred items for in room meals. For our five nights stay it was an ideal launching venue for all our museum visits and other adventures. Paris is a pricey city, however Hotel Brighton otherwise is realistically priced for what you get.

Great location!Posted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: Everything above the ground floor.
Location: It is the perfect location and anything you want to do can be seen from a fourth floor window.
The Brighton is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star location. I,t is old, old, old, which isn't bad if the property has been kept up. this property gets only the care necessary to keep it running. BUT---------IT IS IN A 5 STAR LOCATION.

Great hotel in ParisPosted Jul 1, 2015
We stayed at the a Hotel Brighton for 3 night in June 2015. It is in a great location. We are close to the Louvre. The walk to the Eiffel Tower is about 45 minutes. You walk along the Seine River so it is worth it. The hotel is also a block away from a Metro station so con isn't for travel like that too. The fare for the underground is 1.72 euros and that takes you as far or near as you want to go. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Also, complimentary use of umbrellas are also a plus. Cafes and restaurants are nearby too. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel close to all tour locations.Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: View, Location, cleanliness, price. The staff really did a great job. They took great care of us.
Location: Right across the street from the Louvre. Walking distance to almost all things to see.
I went there on my honeymoon and we came from the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake to this hotel. (We know what nice is) I reserved the high end suite because I wanted a guaranteed view. I was not disappointed. I had room 514 which had an excellent view of the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. It was awesome. AC worked well. Room was very clean and maintenance on the room was very good. Some people found the toilet being in a separate room to be a negative, I found it a positive. Water pressure was good and there was little to no road noise. The only negative that I would say is that the bathtub was very high off the ground and if you have any physical problems its going to be tough to get in and out. Lets face facts the hotel itself is over 200 years old. Obviously it has been renovated but some things cannot be changed. We did breakfast at the hotel every day and found it to be a great value. The real bonus is the location. It was next to all of the places we wanted to go and all tours pick up from this area.

Wonderful Hotel Wonderful HotelPosted Jun 11, 2015
Pros: Everything but especially the location
Cons: Can't think of a thing.
Location: The location was perfect and with the Tuileries and the Louvre outside the front door what could be better!
Our stay at the Hotel Brighton was excellent. The location (right across the street from the Tuileries) was fabulous, the members of the hotel staff were very nice and helpful and our room was delightful. We look forward to a return visit.

Nice stay close to the LouvrePosted Jun 5, 2015
Deluxe room a good deal. More like a small apt. About 500 sq. feet. My room was #215. Very quiet. Easily sleeps 3 with privacy as there are several doors between the two rooms. Two TVs. Bathtub with separate shower. Separate room for toilet. Very helpful and polite staff. Nice breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 am for 19 euros which is about the going rate for hotel breakfasts in this area. Metro across the street. Would definitely try to repeat this stay.
