Emailed hotel to say we would arrive late but did not get any response. Unfortunately no hot water for our stay but manager did give us 10 percent reduction on bill. Quite basic facilities but all you need for overnight stay!

Great hotel, friendly staff and excellent location
Based close to the metro and close to get to the venue I needed to visit too. Fair pricing on the room for my stay. I opted for the breakfast one morning, but did prefer to eat elsewhere, for a menu I'd like more. The food was fresh, but breakfast elsewhere was cheaper.

Handy to metro and lovely staff.
This hotel is in a good location, easy to find and get to from Metro. It was friendly and pleasant to stay in. The shower in my room was very small and would be difficult for a large person to manage in. Cleanliness was generally good though the carpets had visible stains.

This hotel was amazing, specially the people who work there made our visit very pleasant, I did not take their names but the Gentleman and the Lady at the Reception were wonderful people and very helpful. Thank you to have made our trip a pleasant one. We will come back again soon...

The room was disgusting. There was dust everywhere and the bathroom was not cleaned. The bathroom tiles were dirty with black mold. The toilet had poop marks from previous guests. We left early for we felt it was not sanitary at all!

Sporting Event close by.
The hotel offers bed and breakfast and nothing else. This was, however all that we required. Although the rooms are small and tired, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast very good. Reception staff were pleasant and very efficient. The en-suite shower was not easy to get into but was very good,There is no restaurant or bar but plenty of both within 400 yards. No parking at hotel but car park very close with good hotel discount. Overall happy with the break.

Staff are friendly and close to metro station. however room out dated with basic facilities. Shower drainage was blocked, which means water would not drain away. Decor in room very out dated. Nothing like the pictures on line. Hairs in bed on bed sheets. Also was noisy very early in morning.

Modest hotel but modest price.
Overnight stay in Paris. Room was basic and vey small. Bathroom likewise. Breakfast area was small. Hotel staff were good and (paying) parking was convenient. Good news on the parking is that the special rate for 1 day was good until 21.30 on the day of departure. If arriving by car, note that Rue Carnot is one way from Ave Jean Jaures.

The hotel room was in poor condition, I found mold in the bathroom. I was only there two nights if I had to stay longer I would have found another hotel. I can see why it was the least expensive hotel. I will spend the extra to get a better accommodation.

Despite the slow wifi, we would stay there again!
We truly loved our stay there. The walls are kind of thin and wifi, although free, is very tough to have a good connection with. Other that that, we loved the neighborhood which felt safe and inviting. Plenty of little cafes and a couple american fast foods, and within a 5 minute walk of the Metro. Just far enough from all the tourist heavy spots to make you feel like part of the Parisan community, but a quick 15 minute ride by Metro to all of the main tourist destinations. We would absolutely stay there again.

The best part of this hotel is its location. It is 3-min walk away from Metro Line 9's Marcel Bambat station, very easy to reach anywhere in Paris by Metro and buses. There is a supermarket (Monoprix) next door, plus a good number of restaurants and a decent bakery. It is in a safe and clean middle-class residential neighborhood, quiet and easy. The front desk is friendly and speaks English with a smile. However, the room is small, OK for two persons, and full when the 3rd bed added.

Nice hotel, good neighborhood
Located in a beautiful neighbourhood and our room had a wonderful view from the 5th floor. Room was clean and very comfortable however, the bed was very creaky with even the slightest movement. Internet was available in the room and worked well but was a little bit slow. Definitely would stay again; staff was friendly and the hotel front desk was open 24 hours making it easy to order a taxi for 4:30am.

The hotel was okay, my first impressions weren't good especially when hearing one of the hotel staff arguing with a fellow UK traveller. However, the hotel staff were nice throughout my trip. The hotel room though was terrible, not very clean, cracks in the roof tiling and dust everywhere. Also, there was terrible smell from the toilet. However my partner and I were only in the hotel to sleep because we were out seeing Paris. The best point of the hotel was it's location, the hotel was next door to the metro which took you into the centre of Paris. Also the area was peaceful. I would say the hotel is more like a hostel. If you're only looking to have a place to sleep this hotel would be fine but is you're looking for nice hotel to stay for long periods it would be a no for me.

Went to a game at the Parc de Prince. Seems that the hotel doubled the usual price. Very tired and not cleaned thoroughly. Broken taps and stained toilet. Only good thing- the staff very helpful.

We went to this hotel, as it was close to the football stadium. I guess shouldn't have relied on the pictures. The hotel was dirty, carpet in the room was so filthy, didn't want to take socks off. The bathroom was okay, if you did not look. Hallways were constantly blocked by bags of laundry. The staff at the reception was very smiley, but we arrived at 3 o'clock and our room wasn't ready. We had to wait and they forgot about us. Just a huge mess. Would not recommend and would never stay again. But if you're willing to overlook all that, then the location is quite nice.

This hotel is small (both the establishment and its rooms) but well worth the cost. By American standards the hotel and its rooms are tiny and cramped, but it's in Paris, not the US, so visitor should resist the temptation to judge it by the wrong standards. However, despite the size factor, this hotel is a real bargain. I stayed for two nights in a single room. The room was very small, just large enough for a single bed, a closet, and a computer desk, and reminded me of the economy staterooms on a cruise ship. It was cozy, warm, and very clean, and the hotel itself is in a very nice area with shops, restaurants, and a metro station very close by. I never felt like I was in a cut rate hotel, nor did I ever feel like the room was in any way unsanitary. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Paris.

It was a really nice hotel, just a bit off the center, but it was really cheap! It was really convenient because it was only one block away from the metro and the metro comes really quickily. Really safe neighborhood, family friendly with local pubs and fast food restaurants near it!
