They said they only have one family room in their hotel. The room is next to the kitchen and their office. Lots of noises in the early morning. Lots of dirty bag of towels and debris in the narrow hallway to the room. There is only a thin curtain to the bathroom. Bathroom smells like sewage / moody once you enter the room. The cleaning staff used one of our toothbrush to clean something that is very noticeable on the tooth brush.

Unsafe as there was a party in the room next door with drunken men that started at 2:30am and didn’t end for hours. Lack of security and ease of access for unpaid guests.

Really Great Paris Option
Hotel was really charming, decent sized rooms, friendly staff. Only slight issue was that the hot water went out in the building on our final night, but overall the stay was lovely. It's close to several big metro stops so it's very easy to get around the city while also being out of the way enough that it's quiet.

My unsatisfactory experience
It is the second time in this hotel in less than 3 months. The first time was a very good experience, the second time Sep,20 to Sep,22 my room was smelling bad (probably coming from the toilet), few electricity sockets were not working, lights on the bedside were not functioning properly, and the environment was quite noisy late night.

Property is in top-notch condition, newly renovated, excellent air-conditioning. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Conveniently located about seven minutes from the metro in a safe and quiet neighborhood. About 15 minutes walk from the best Paris flea market, held on Saturdays and Sundays, if you’re into that kind of thing. We had a great stay all around. Will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends.

Just outstanding! The staff were very gracious, the hôtel older and well maintained. Genteel. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet superior. Great neighborhood and great hotel. Just perfect for a long weekend. Highly recommended.

Despite being quite close to many of Paris’s major attractions the hotel is situated in a very quiet location. The staff was helpful and our room was spacious and comfortable.

Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet. Excellent hot showers. Good Wi-Fi. Close to everything we needed. Safe area, even late at night walking home from the metro or bars. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok. Recommend spending your euros at a nice cafe instead.

Small Hotel on the outer part of the 14th in Paris. Except for a few ants in the bathroom that we noticed on our last day, they look renovated and very clean. The room in general looks old-fashioned but clean, you still need to leave the key at the front desk when you go out as they don't use the key cards yet. Staff were mostly nice. We are low maintenance, independent travelers so we hardly ever ask for anything from them but at least they greeted and smiled everytime we saw them. Location is good, with public transportation available near by. Metro, bus, tram, anything just 5 minutes or less on foot. So if you just want a place to sleep and get ready for your day, this is a good place.

Great location
Good: Great location in the 14th tucked away in a small street away from traffic. Walking distance to metro and shops / restaurants. Service were super friendly. Bad: Bed was not firm enough for our comfort and walls were a little thin. I had to knock on the wall to let the neighboring room was talking too loud late night.

The location close to Montparnasse and public transports was great, the fact that the hotel itself was in a quiet backstreet allowed for good night sleeps.

Lovely little clean room. Small, but we were not there much anyway. On a dead end street so pretty quiet. Lots to do within walking distance. Tons of cafes and shopping. We walked to the catacombs and a cat cafe but it is a pretty decent walk. Only negative I can think of is there are no outlets in the bathroom and only one in the room. Friendly staff.

Nice wee hotel set back off the street so you get the feel of being in Paris without all the noise. Staff were friendly and helpful! Accommodation itself is basic but functional.

Lovely stay small, clean bedroom with comfortable bed , very clean restroom . Only downside is NO A/C. Paris weather is very hot now . Hotel is in a safe area.
