If I could give the staff and service 6 stars, I would. They are so friendly, attentive, good-willed and helpful. They added joy to our trip. We loved our room, and the bed was new, no sagging, very comfortable. The breakfast was worth the reasonable price, the highest quality croissants, baguette, meats, eggs etc, all so beautifully arranged with jams, hot beverages etc. The ONLY thing that could be improved upon (but still 5 stars overall!) is there is a fabric softener or sheets cleaner used that is highly fragranced, which sadly we are seeing in America a lot these days, but I didn't think it would be an issue in France. To the wonderful owners, I hope you will consider switching to a fragrance free laundry soap or more likely it's a fabric softener we smelled. For us, the smell gives dizziness and headache. Thank you!

Nice small hotel very close to the Eiffel Tower and UNESCO, where I attended a meeting. Staff are very gracious and helpful, and buffet breakfast is convenient. The room was quite small, but that is normal for Paris. The hallways have dated carpets and the elevator is small, but that is more than compensated by the location and super comfortable bed.

I highly recommend this property. We stayed here for four nights in February February and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Anything we needed they were there for us and went out of their way to help. The room was small. We’re just fine because we are only there to sleep. It was very clean. The proximity to transportation was amazing. It was two blocks to the metro one block to the bus we could get anywhere from our hub watching distance to the Eiffel Tower and it exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend if you want a really nice place in Paris , stay here

The staff was very welcoming and to our English speaking. They offered to hold our bags since we arrived hours early. They even called us to let us know the room was two hours early for us to check in. The only dissatisfaction was the size of the room in general. We barely fit in there with our two pieces of large luggage. The bathroom and shower are extremely close to bed and little space in shower. Nonetheless, do recommend this place for price and close proximity to metro. Just keep in mind the space.

The rooms were a little too small, we couldn’t walk around much and I couldn’t open my luggage all the way as it would hit walls

The receptionist for the night is not accomodating, just for a hot water he can’t even provide due the kettle at the room is not clean, rooms and hallways are very small

We had cool view of Eiffel Tower from bedroom window, from one side of the bed itself. Every night from 6:00 pm onwards it would sparkle on the hour for 4-5 minutes and it was awesome view from bed. Rooms are small, understandable for Paris. It was not noisy for us as hotel was not booked fully in off-season I went. But, may have a component, I would imagine, in peak season.

Great location, subpar experience.
I would probably skip a stay at this hotel. For my mom's 73rd birthday, I gifted her with a trip to Paris and elected to get the "Eiffel View"... welp, the "view" was basically the antenna of the tower, and you had to move in a certain way that you could even see that. There's a reason they don't put a photo of the "view" from this room. The double room was INCREDIBLY SMALL... to open a suitcase it either had to be on the bed, or on the desk. There was barely room to move around. Thankfully we shared a suitcase - it would have been way too cramped with two suitcases. In our stay, the door to the bathroom was broken, and the heat was also broken (in that it just stayed on). The night desk person suggested that, the door wasn't a problem for the last guests... well, it was for me. Pardon me if I want to use the restroom or shower and have a small amount of privacy. He also suggested in the winter we should like it warm (24 degrees celcius) in the room to sleep. Again, not my preferece. We were ultimately moved to another room... which did have a functioning heat system and bathroom door. It did however lack the peek of the Eiffel Tower that I paid for and reserved weeks ahead of time. And then the fire alarm sounded around 1030p without any direction from staff, or an apology. Ultimately, there's a lot of hotels in this area and while the area and location seemed great and very walkable... I'd opt for a different hotel.

The hotel itself is cute. However, smaller than any other hotel I’ve had in Europe. The bed was comfy, but it’s within a foot of the toilet, so not much privacy there. In addition, you can hear every single thing through the walls. The doors, the cleaning staff, etc. it’s very loud. Dining options are limited. The walk to the Eiffel Tower was great though.

Room was very small and I don’t believe the building had any chance at having an Eiffle Tower view as advertised. The front desk agents were also occasionally rude at night. Our hair dryer was also taped together and falling apart. Otherwise it was a fine stay. Great location.
