The hotel had a fire alarm when I arrived, so it took a while to sort out. The staff is very friendly, but because there was a single person at the desk and nobody else, the fact that this person was dealing with a client over the phone meant I waited almost ten minutes to get the key to my room.
The room is very small, but comfortable and clean. The problem is the shower, shich has a half door, probably on the assumption that no water will spill out through the other half. Not true. These cost-saving measures mean that what should be a small modern hotel comes across as a cheap "TimHotel" knock off (a local chain).
All that said, the location (150 yards from two metro stops, 300 yards from the Elysée and from St Augustin) makes it a good choice, especially in the eighth arrondissement, where average prices for one night are double the one charged here.
