I do not recommend at all. If you don't want to ruin your Vacation in Paris, you don't reserve at this hotel. The room looks like a cave, little and badly ventilated. I reserved it because it said that it had air conditioning and does not have it, it only has heating; So if you go in summer, you will die of heat. The service in the front desk is horrible. At the reception we were received by a young man who wore a open jacket without a shirt showing his chest without a minimum decorum, he gave us very bad impression. I have never lived an equal situation. It was definitely horrible.

Hotel was a walking distance to most of the train stations. The staff were so friendly and approachable and they were willing to help with the directions. I guess the only thing that they could improve on is to put something in the toilet to stop the water from getting out after a shower. Otherwise our overall experience was good for what we paid for.

The staff was exceptional, always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were bright with exceptional views. The area was beautiful and filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, and lots of pastry shops. I would return in a heart beat.

The room was extremely small. You can’t sit on the toilet without heating your knee to the lavatory cabinet and can’t take a shower without hugging the shower curtain. No fridge or microwave. Good for short stay. Convenient access to subway and getting to main attractions in less than half an hour.

Perhaps not quite three star but still very nice
While this is shown as a three star hotel, it really is a two star (two and a half if it existed). I still enjoyed my stay there but the room was very small (pictures do a good job to make it appear larger than it really is). I was not in Paris to stay in my room so the size did not matter that much to me. Do not count on the TV to be a distraction: from the 30 channels or so, the reception on a dozen of those was very bad and all the others were in French (again not a big deal to me since I speak French). The room makes really good use of original stone walls , well integrated in the construction of the room. It is charming. Surprisingly, the hotel sits on a small street but the traffic was heavy and the noise level, especially scooters, make it impossible to open windows in the evening. Fortunately, AC worked well. I would recommend to find a room in the upper levels. However the hotel was very well located between walking distance of three subway stations, across from a great bakery I used for croissants, espressos and fresh sandwiches and in a neighbourhood that while is not touristy still has a large number of conveniences: cafes, restaurants, bars, small grocery stores, etc. I also really like the personnel at the hotel: in one week I dealt with many: they were all helpful, putting up with my many questions.

Just few points on the property, very nice location and the staff it’s very nice but the room was very different from the room on the pictures and also the air conditioner was not working properly and also the elevator was not on a very good shape, this are the only 3 aspects of the property that needs improvement…

The hotel was in a good location with an easy walk into the town around the town hall/Notre Dame end and not too far from the sacre coeur. The room was small but clean though it was s little rough around the edges with some tiles off the wall and marks on bedroom ceiling. As a place to base yourself and sleep it’s fine but it’s not somewhere I’d choose to spend too much time

Fab family accommodation
Great experience for our family on our first night of our trip. It was hard to find accommodation for five people without splitting us up, so we appreciated the five person room. The bathroom was very clean and nicely decorated. The fridge and fruit tea bags were a lovely additional touch. Not fancy but excellent for what we needed.

We got two interconnected rooms with one main door for a family of 5, a really pleasant surprise in an overbooked city like Paris. The hotel is located conveniently in one of the best arrondissements (1oth) in the city, within walking distance from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, and several metro stations (e.g.. Bonne Nouvelle, Poissonniere, and a couple of others). The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Though we didn't need to be served in English (because one of us speaks French well), we observed that the staff spoke enough English to help other residents who did not speak any French. I recommend it highly! I liked everything about it, especially the modest rate, too.

The neighborhood is not good but it is conveniently located to reach important places in Paris. The name of the hotel is not visible from the outside, so we had difficulty to find it in dark in our first arrival. The hotel building is very old, the furniture, beds, etc are also old. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel for a stay in Paris
We were a family of 5 traveling with a few younger children and were very pleased with this accommodation. The location is very convenient and close to a ton of restaurants, bars and other shops and is a couple minute walk from a couple of metro stops and about 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord rail station. The staff is very friendly and speak very good English. My only knock is the room was quite crammed for 5 people - really should have only fit 3. The wifi and AC worked well.

OK if you're one of the 7 dwarves!!
Tiny rooms (3mx4m), even for Paris standards. No privacy in bathrooms and takes a lot of work to take a shower due to limited space. A lot of issues with the WIFI.

Would not stay here.
I would not even give them 1 star except maybe for location. The tiny room looked and felt like a cave with stone on the walls. A stained and dirty bed/couch, a fan when they advertised air conditioning, a desk that tilted so everything slid off. The bathroom was also the shower stall so the whole bathroom was a puddle of water with a wet toilet seat when you finished! I had to put down towels or stand in a puddle of water to dry my hair and brush my teeth. The room smelled musty and mildewed. In addition I booked a quad room for 4 people and they gave us 2 rooms at opposite ends of the floor!

Good evening, I found my family and myself in the need of leaving the hotel for the following reasons: there was dirty underware from previous guest in the bathroom; the shower has no partitions or any courtain to divide it from the rest of the bathroom; the noise from other Room is heard in the Room provided; there is a terrible smell of fungus and humidity in the Room and specially, in the bathroom; the pictures provided in the site, were nothing related to reality; the heater is not working as expected and neither the wifi... If its necessary, I would like to send you some pictures to support my unhappiness. I am very disappointed with this booking and expect to receive a refund for the nights that we are not staying in this hotel, which are going to be 3 from the 4 nights booked. I am looking forward to your response.

It was an OK hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of things were a bit disappointing for such hotel, the bed sheets could have been cleaner, the shower curtain was a mess. The safe was in the bathroom, and had to be opened with a tiny key because the combination digit keys were broken, so we just skipped using it.
