EURO 2016 final

Pros: Clean, friendly and well located.
I was in Paris for EURO 2016 final. Great location, clean and convenient. The staff was very helpful, and always greeted with a smile.

Very pleasant hotel close to metro in quiet area

Pros: Very helpful Staff. Good value for the money!!!
Cons: Price of breakfast was excessive (25 Euros per person)!
Location: Close to Opera Garnier and five minute walk to subway which placed most tourist attractions within 20 minutes at most.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in the past year. The first time it was under considerable renovation which is now complete. The Staff was extremely helpful during both stays. Now the lobby area, the lounge and bar have been redone not to mention the room with Clarin products added. Also, one major addition is a second elevator that was much needed. WiFi capability was vastly improved as well. Good value overall for an extremely nice place to stay!!!

Decent Hotel

It was ok overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit cramped, with a strange separation of the toilet from the rest of the bathroom (it was on the opposite end of the hallway in a closet.) It's close to a main metro line, you can go directly to the Eiffel Tower, and it's also within walking distance of Notre Dame. It's a nice hotel, but not appropriate if you're looking for luxury.

Pros: Design, room, staff. Cost / performance.
Cons: Gym is small, equipment can be better maintained. Breakfast for Eur 25 is not reasonably priced.
Location: While not near a famous attraction in Paris, it's close to a metro station, and getting to any tourist location is easy. Neighbourhood is friendly
The hotel is nicely decorated, with attention to the details. Staff is friendly and speaking a good English. Room was big enough and comfortable, although no luxury.

Great hotel in Central Paris

Stayed twice at this hotel in February & May 2016 with my friends. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Gare-du-Nord which is really convenient for someone traveling be Eurostar. Must say that I was very pleased with the hotel facilities, friendly and professional staff. I would be staying again on my next visit to Paris!

I love this hotel

I came to Paris for the first time and stayed at this hotel, the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. On arrival, the lady that attended to me was very lovely. My room was well cleaned I cannot fault this hotel. The bartender was friendly polite and helpful aswell. The hotel was close to metro stations aswell. My overall experience was fabulous. I will definitely return to the hotel when next am in Paris.

Extremely useful and well-mannered staff!

Pros: Staff, their efficiency, and ... breakfast
Location: Location was OK
The politeness, well mannered staff was the most impressive experience. They ability to advise to incredible venues - from magnificent art deco or family gourmet restaurant to the best jazz club in Paris showed their highest comprehensive professionalism. The second best in this hotel was breakfast - what a quality of fruits, bakery, etc. and design! We will certainly come back!

Cash theft from room from cleaning staff.

We stayed at this facility during our honeymoon in Paris. Turns out we had cash stolen from our room, over $600, likely their cleaning staff. Not happy. Not recommending.
