Nice hotel, close to the Metro

Pros: close to the metro and necessities. comfortable room for a family of five.
Cons: Provide coffee ...would have been helpful...
Location: It is close the Big Bus pick up and drop off if you are going to use that. 20 minutes from the Opera. About 30 minutes from the Louvre, Notre Dame..
It suited us and our price range. we just needed it to sleep and shower. we had a room for five and it was comfortable with three kids - they each got a bed. We weren't looking for anything fancy. the staff was very helpful and friendly. it is very close to the metro and can walk to the most places, if you are okay with walking for 20 to 30 minutes. However, the metro is easy to use and the staff is very helpful with the navigation, if you need it. they have breakfast, but we did not try it. it is also very close to restaurants, supermarkets, ATM machine etc.

Tired decor, the smallest lift in the world, a toilet that you can't close the door of, if you want to sit on the toilet. Saying that, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We don't. Recommend this hotel !!!😡😡😡. Horrible, terrible , and uncomfortable. The vendor machine doesn't work.

Not Happy With This Hotel

Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Service, Construction of facilities
Location: Location was fine, easy to get to everything.
I was unhappy with the daytime from desk person. When we first arrived he said we had to give him our room key every time we left the hotel. I have traveled all over the world and have never had a front desk person ask me for my key. It made me feel very uncomfortable. After a few days of doing that he quit asking for the key, which made me feel more uncomfortable, as if he was going through our things at first and then after realizing we didn't have anything of value in the room he quit asking. The night guy did not ask for our key. The same guy made me give him the money to pay the taxi that was taking me to the airport. Again, it made me feel very uncomfortable. Why should I be paying the hotel for the taxi I am taking. On top of all of that, you couldn't take a shower without all of the water running onto the floor of the bathroom and out into the bedroom - bad shower design. They didn't bring new towels, you had to take yours to the front desk to get new ones. This all left a very bad impression. I will not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: Bättre service och personalen kan faktiskt vara lite mer trevliga och tillmötesgående.
När vi kom dit och skulle gå in i vårt rum var den redan upptagen av andra gäster, vi fick ett annat rum som var jättedålig och ingenting funkade från början så vi gick och klaga i receptionen väldigt ofta för det fanns alltid något som inte funkade.

Neither near the opera nor three star hotel

The name gives you the impression it's close to the Opera but it isn't. My room had bedbugs ehich bit me three days in a row!!! The staff was really inefficient at offering a solution. The front desk man made a mistake booking our shuttle to the airport and we almost missed our flight.

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt - tæt på metro, Mont Martre og dejlig gade med alle tænkelige lækkerier. Gåafstand til La Fayette. Men selve hotellet har ikke høj standard. Dog enkelt rum og god rengøring. Ingen tæpper.
