This is my second visit to this hotel, it is located in the Golden Triangle on Avenue Montaigne in Paris it is Beautiful! With all of the Designer Shops on this street! During the Christmas Holidays, the decoration is Spectacular❤️

Very small room. The worst shower because it doesn’t have something to hold the shower , you need to hold the telephone shower all the time !! Should make a regular shower !!

Amazing hotel very attentive and the staff was extremely incredible and polite . It was a honeymoon and everybody who is so excited for us to even put flowers in the room and champagne . We will for sure go back

Went for wedding anniversary. Was told champagne and chocolates would be on bed upon arrival which never happened. Hot and small room. Sticky and dirty carpets. Also the bedsheets felt damp and were clearly dirty with stains on sheets. Perhaps blood. Leaky shower head. Broken mirror and light switch in bathroom. No bottle opener for mini bar amenities. Was given a a bad attitude when asked for bottle opener. Poor breakfast. Location is not even that great. Was extremely happy to leave Hotel Montaigne and never going back. Bon voyage

Nice hotel & great area, but service was just OK
This hotel is nice and in a great area. Unfortunately the room we booked wasn't what we expected in terms of the number of people it could accommodate. It was quite a hassle to move rooms, and the hotel staff didn't know their own floor plan so they kept moving us to rooms that also could not accommodate rollaway beds (this literally happened twice). Also, the AC didn't work in two rooms we tried (on a 100+ degree day). Lots of issues but the staff ended up meeting our needs. They weren't overly friendly about it, though. I don't think I would go back.

Good but very expensive hotel. Quiet room. Limited number of channels on TV (no Dutch/Belgian channels). Shower gel (not soap) was missing in bath room, I would expect that to be there for a 5-star hotel. Room was pretty dark due to small window.

Good location - poor staff attitude
Came to stay for a night to celebrate a birthday in Paris. Location is great and the hotel provided a flower bouquet in the room as I indicated we were there on a birthday trip before arrival, which was much appreciated. However, when we came back to the hotel on the day (admittedly late) the hotel seemed understaffed. On the question whether I could get a second pillow I was told the hotel was booked out and there were no more pillows. A lie, as it turned out the next day but my sleep was of course already ruined. When I called to have a second room key brought up to the room I received the reply: "do you really need it now"? I didn't get it until the next morning when I went down to reception and asked for it again. The next morning, I also had to find out there was no hair dryer in the room and had to call twice to receive one. This is a boutique hotel. Our room was very small, there is no gym or pool. None of this would be too much of a problem but the one thing a boutique hotel should excel in in my view is how the staff look after their guests. In this regard, we were very disappointed.

The room was dirty! The carpet in the room was filthy and the bathroom/ shower as well. The is zero customer service. The receptionist was extremely rude. There is one person in front desk handling everything from Check-in to Concierge services and even carrying suitcases!! This hotel should have two stars at most!!

Awful hotel
Dreadful hotel. Extremely disorganised staff. It was the only place we used our (new) credit card. One day after using it to check in, fraudulent transactions were made (to a local company). The hotel failed to reply to our emails and refused to answer any questions about security of our personal information. We travel a lot and have never experienced this issue with any other hotel. Would not recommend a stay here.
