Super friendly staff! Will definitely book again in the near future! Great Cafe's around the area! Such a beautiful and charming neighborhood! We absolutely loved it! Everything was walking distance! And a beautiful church just minutes away!

Good location, Great Attentive Staffs

Posted Feb 2, 2017
Pros: The attentive service given by the reception staffs.
Cons: Room to be checked before guest check in, should there be any issue, advise the guest and do the necessary service recovery. Breakfast, more variety.
Location: In the heart od Montmartre, walking distance to Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge or the Place du Tertre and the garden. Metro is 50m away.
I stayed for 3 nights. My first night almost everything went wrong, from airport taxi who take me to a wrong place, tv, phone and wifi in room not working. However, the gentleman who check me in, was politely advise that he can arranged for a taxi for airport departure, offer to change room the next day as that night they were running full. Next day, my room was changed and everything went well. I have enjoyed my stay as the hotel location is accessible to most important area for me to visit. I mobile around by using the Metro which is convenience and cheap. On my last last the lady at the reception assist me with internet connection and arrange for the taxi to the airport. To my surprise I had a limo with the normal rate. The limo driver speak well in English thus we had a good conversation right to the airport. I am a single traveler and I do feel safe. Well done to the great service accorded by the hotel staffs and limo driver. THANK YOU

Brilliant location, with wonderful staff

Posted Jan 21, 2017
Pros: Wonderful location at the foot of the sacre coer and a short walk to the metro. Beautifully clean rooms. Very comfy bed. Staff go above and beyond. Value for money. Cons: If only a few feet bigger in each room, but even at 6'2 I managed not to bump into things too much. Not a huge amount of facilities within the hotel, however you're next door to several bistros and quaint bars and minutes from the pigalle strip or a metro for the town centre. Overall: a great base for our romantic few nights in Paris.

Absolutely wonderful

This hotel was one of my favorite in the whole world (and I've been around). I came here for the last two days of a trip with my fiancé. The staff all spoke very good english and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I really liked that they allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel, free of charge, 2 days in advance of our stay while we backpacked in Spain. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the Sacre Coeur in Montmartre which is filled with lots of fun little shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is adorable - every room is themed with a famous couple. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The hotel offers room service which is a plus. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Fantastic hotel for a solo or couple traveling. The room was gorgeous; when we discovered a broken shower door, we were promptly and easily moved to a comparable room. The staff were always helpful. The location could not have been better. You never felt surrounded by tourists. Only downside: the wi-fi connection is bad or at times non-existent, which was unfortunate as I had business to conduct every day and had to struggle to find wi-fi elsewhere.

Very small room, but comfortable stay for 2 nights

Posted Aug 31, 2016
Pros: quiet, comfortable, friendly staff.
Cons: Minibar/fridge in the room. Better air con.
Location: Great location with the Sacre Coeur just a stones throw away. Plenty of cafe's, bars, restaurants nearly and 3 Metro stations within walking distance
Upon arrival the hotel staff were very welcoming, informative and polite. We stayed in room 104 on the first floor, which we used the lift to get to (just about big enough for two people with very small suitcases!) the décor in the hallway was bright red all over, which was a bit OTT, but given the hotels 'love' theme we found it rather amusing. Once in the room we were surprised at just how small it was, not really big enough for two people to pass each other at any point around the bed. That said, the bed was comfortable, and unless your planning on spending your time in Paris locked away in your hotel room, it was absolutely fine. The weekend we visited was incredibly hot and humid, which was lovely, but the air con in the room wasn't very good, and there was no fridge/mini-bar to keep bottled water cool. Other than that the hotel was good, and in its own way, quite unique.

Romantic hotel for couples only

Posted Aug 12, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Coffee making facilities
Location: Right on sacre couer, Montmartre just up the steps but 110 of them ! Not for the unfit.
Booked this not realising it's a romantic hotel style geared to couples . The break was for my daughter and I so a wrong choice for us. It is in a great location , lovely area and just at the bottom of the steps of sacre cover. Coffee shops outside for coffee and croissant and lovely staff there. The hotel itself is very clean but rooms tiny. No coffee making facility in room which was a pain. Transport to places is easy and always use metro. Walk to barbess down the hill ( note chateau rouge closed until summer 2017) and use pink line 4 , from this line you can get off direct at places such as louvre , cite(for Norte dam) , montparnasse or change for another line which is easy. Be aware that with it being Paris and the pound being weak , everything is very expensive , averages for us were 7euro for a glass of wine, 4 euro coffee,5euro coke, onion soup 9euro, small plate of cheese 10euro, evening main course 19euro, beer 5 euro.
