Great hotel

This was a great hotel for us. We weren't sure about it to start with as the location is quite close to a large road however you couldn't even hear the road at the hotel. Pool area was lovely as was the room. Plus staff couldn't do enough to help!

Nice hotel as close to the exhibition center

Rather modern, clean but small rooms (French style). Breakfast is fairly good ( no fried eggs). Nice swimming pool. It was very convenient as within walking distance of the exhibition centre

Good hotel, near metro

Cons: My only complaint is the difference in pricing from what was advertised on Expedia and what I ended up paying after all of the extra fees.
Found this hotel on Expedia, decent price, just a couple minute walk to the metro. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was ok, a bit pricey.

Fab Hotel

The hotel is just lovely and from the time we arrived, the staff were very helpful. The location is great for getting on the tram, metro and other public transportation. There are restaurants to choose from nearby as well.

Relaxing Experience with Fabulous SPA

Location: Excellent location, near metro and restaurants and shops.
The hotel was only 5-6 minutes walk to the metro station. A variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and new and very comfortable. The pool and steam room was fabulous and very relaxing at the end of the day. We had all the facilities that we needed (including a computer and printer to print off Eurostar tickets when needed). The staff were polite and helpful. Would recommend this hotel both for leisure as well as for business trips. I didn't eat at the restaurant so I don't know what the food was like.

Over-rated Hotel, should only be a 3star property.

Expected more for the price we paid. I booked a jr suite, room was small, furnitures outdated, hardly any power socket around, very limited storage, no clothes hooks, no mini fridge, only coffee maker. Toiletries and coffee supplies are very limited. Could use an update within the whole hotel. No airconditioning, stuffy room had to ask for a portable electric fan. There's small indoor pool which is ok, steam room with change room was ok as well. Close to metro, lots of restaurant within walking distance, and some grocery shopping as well. I had to call a few times for items to be delivered to our room, not very efficient service. Front desk personnel are friendly.

Good short stay

The stay was pleasant. The staff were always happy and they spoke so-so English. The pool was nice, the food was nothing special, you are in Paris after all. Lots of places to eat. Thought I would try it though. The beds were ok but quite firm, pillows ok. This seems standard in France for hotels so fair though. over all 4 stars, felt like a 3 star from Canada.

Lovely suite and superb staff!

The staff were amazing. So helpful and went above and beyond! Helped me use the machine in the kitchen, recommended great cuisine, and find a cheap taxi company for a 4am pick up to go to the airport. Was blown away by how helpful and friendly the check-in staff was - I really appreciated it as I had never been to Italy before and was a little poorly while I was there. Could praise the staff enough :-) Grazie!

Great for retromobile

Good hotel with friendly staff and and local restaurants which was good because the price of the breakfast was ridiculous at seventeen euros per person. Go to the café over the road instead.
