Very old, small & dusty.Posted Nov 24, 2015
Pros: The location.
Cons: Nothing, the structure was too old & small for me. It was not a four star hotel even by European standards.
Location: The hotel is located near several tasty restaurants & very enjoyable shopping within walking distance & walking distance to River.
Friendly staff, but the room was too small & dusty for someone with allergies to dust & old curtains. No small wash cloths, just hand towels & bath size. Enjoyed the location to the main areas of Saint Germain.

Lovely smallish city hotel, great location!Posted Sep 3, 2015
Pros: Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Gorgeous decoration Good quality toiletries Lovely quality towels/robes Chocs in the room everyday
Cons: Honesty bar prices bit high - €3.50 for small espresso. No instructions for coffee machine & staff slightly miffed at 'lost' coffee pod
Location: Close to Seine, Notre Dame & Metro (Saint Sulpice & Sevres). Great boulangerie by marché. Peirre Hermé macarons a must opposite Saint Suplice
We loved our honeymoon stay here. They very kindly upgraded us to a delux room as it was our honeymoon - great start!! The room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with the drapes - quite dark but big windows allowed for good light in the day time. Bathroom was rather small and the door didn't close propoerly but this really didn't affect our stay at all. Complimentary toiletries by L'Occitane en Provence were gorgeous and we actually went out and bought bigger versions whilst in Paris! The breakfast (we had first day only) was fairly standard continental, smallish selection (no cooked food that I saw unless you had to ask) and we chose to get croissants from local boulangerie for the other days. Location was great, we love St Germain de Pres, really nice safe feeling area near good shops and only 10 min walk to Seine & Notre Dame and 7ish mins to Metro. We also loved l'eglise de Saint Sulpice 2 mins down the road so much that we bought an old print of it from a lovely little shop near the hotel. Overall it is small, but it is a city centre hotel & actually the room itself was a great size, even for my 6'7'' (new!) husband. Would happily stay here again.

Pros: Staff and location
Cons: While its impossible to change, the rooms were small.
Location: Nearby to the Latin Quarter and cafe life. Short walk to Notre Dame and Ile de la Cite.
Hotel is quaint on a quiet street away from the crowds yet convenient to St.Michel, St. Germain et al. Staff was especially helpful and kind. Our room was always immaculate with lovely windows onto the street. Definitely a good pick

Pros: Clean, Comfortable, Nice Friendly Staff, Modern, all making it a relaxing stay
Cons: Not sure i can think of anything!
Location: Nice restaurants, bars, shops
Very nice staff, really made feel welcome when we arrived. The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, relaxing - just what we wanted, and a great location only a short subway ride from all the attractions. It's in a nice area too, good restaurants and bars all close by

comfort and personalized in great part of ParisPosted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: see above
Cons: More table top area for personal items.
Location: It is down the street from the Saint Sulpice church and lovely square with fountain. The Sorbonne is close by and so many great restaurants.
I was greeted with sincere warmth and the upmost professionalism. All the staff was always friendly and so helpful. They made our stay extra special, and went above and beyond making me so happy on my birthday with yummy surprises waiting in my lovely room when I returned that evening. The bed had soft linens and was very comfortable. The room was smaller than in US hotels, but the furnishings were really nice and I loved the L"Occitane bath products and fluffy thick towels and robes. Also special was the afternoon and evening complimentary baked goods and walnuts and fresh fruit. They also had a self-service bar on the honor system, which I loved. The unique lounge area was comfortable too, and the guests who stay there seem to all be repeat customers. My mother and I have traveled to all parts of the world, stayed in many hotels. This little gem is a keeper...and in one of the nicest, charming sections of Paris. Look no further for a memorable stay!

Nice hotelPosted May 25, 2015
Pros: Location, quite room, wifi
Cons: Not much. The rooms could be a little larger but all other hotels are the same or worse in this respect.
Location: St Germain des Pres is the best area of the Rive Gauche and best in Paris overall in my view. Easy access to cafes and restaurants, taxis, movies, etc
Room, services and staff were more than adequate, excellent wifi connectivity, and superb location at the center of St Germain des Pres. I will go back for my next Paris trip.
