Great Location, modern upscale facility.Posted Aug 25, 2015
As the entry of the hotel was undergoing renovation, I am anxious to return to see it to completion. Great stay; wonderful staff; fantastic new, upscale and modern room! Would definitely recommend! Location was ideal, just blocks from Concorde Plaza and Metro stop options. It is a great deal to stay in a high end neighborhood.

ホテルの場所（立地）が良い！ でも、改修中とは。。。Posted Aug 23, 2015

Great locationPosted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: The bathroom was newly remodeled and the location was great.
Location: Museums and metro connections are right there
The hotel was under remodeling but that was not a problem. It was quiet and the staff was wonderful! They met all our needs and were so helpful. 2 meto stops are both so handy for use. Lots of places to eat within walking and musems are close too. The rooms were remodeled and were fine. The bathrooms were excellent!

Perfectly located hotelPosted Aug 12, 2015
The hotel was perfect for our 4 days in Paris. It was reasonable priced in a great neighborhood. Metro stop Madeleine was just around the corner so we could get to everything very easily. The hotel lobby was being remodeled during the day, but the room was quiet. The room was newly remodeled and very clean. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with finding places for dinner, directions, and booking transportation to the airport. Breakfast was satisfactory. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the Hôtel Opéra Richepanse! You will too.Posted Aug 12, 2015
Pros: The Location and the Hotel Staff. Also, I liked the Wi-Fi and USB ports for electronics.
Cons: Not much . . . .They could have advertised breakfast better - we did not eat at the hotel. The Wi-Fi went out once. But now I'm nit-picking.
Location: Within 5 min walk - Opera, Metro Stops, Gallerie Lafayette, Concorde. Within 15 min walk - Louvre and D'Orsay. Within 20 min walk - Notre Dame & Arch
I had not been to Paris in over 10 years and my daughter had never been. The Hôtel Opéra Richepanse staff made the trip as care-free and trouble as possible. Before we arrived, they asked us what we wanted to do while we were in Paris and provided transportation (80 EUR for three) - well-worth it. When we arrived, they got us museum passes, helped with directions, made restaurant reservations for us, made river cruise reservations, gave us insights on where to go. In short - a perfect vacation. The location is perfect - 1/2 block from Madeline Metro Station, 1-1/2 block from Concorde Station. A 15 minute walk from the Musee D'Orsay and Louvre. 5 Minute walk from Shopping and bus to Airport. Our room was clean and spacious. The only "negative" was the hotel was under some renovation, which was a little inconvenient, but not much. In any event, I only saw smiles from the staff and that makes any trip pleasurable. I will return to Paris over the years and this will be my hotel of choice.

Great hotel in a great locationPosted Aug 8, 2015
Pros: Styling, comforts and a very central location in walking distance from a great number of major attractions
Cons: Nothing, it seemed to be great
Location: Opera district, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysees, The Louvres, Grand Palais and Petit Palais are all well within walking distance
Room was fantastic. The hotel had advised us they were undergoing some renovations and they have done a great job. Room was really good and the hotel has a great location close by the Madeline metro station. We were surprised when we could walk to the Place de la Concorde only 2 blocks away and got great views of the Champs Elysees. The room was very nicely decorated and had a modern, stylish feeling to it and had very nice touches. We didn't try the breakfast in the hotel as preferred to explore outside. There were a number of nice restaurants for dinner just around the corner. Overall the service, location and comfort of the hotel were really good - we will certainly go back on our next trip to Paris to spend more time looking at some of the sights. We had a great time there and are sure you would aswell.
