On arrival, we were disappointed by the condition of the hotel but in fairness, they were renovating. The lift was not working but the staff were amazing. The man at the front desk sorted out rooms on the first and second floors. He was extremely helpful. If you are not looking for complete luxury - just the basics - this hotel is just fine. Nothing fancy, no tea or coffee in your room. There was wi-fi in the hotel. Basic breakfast. We just needed a decent place to sleep and this hotel was fine.
